Best Tim’s I’ve been to in a long time. Drive thru service was incredible - so fast, in and out in like 30 seconds with full on breakfast, drinks & donuts. Order was made correct, donuts and coffee were so fresh. A refreshing experience as a lot of Tim’s don’t provide this type of service anymore.

The food at this Tim Hortons was good, but the service was very slow and the atmosphere wasn’t great. It was extremely busy, and many tables with four chairs were taken up by only one person, so my family had trouble finding a place to sit. My coffee had way more than one milk, but they did replace it when I asked. Overall, I recommend going very early in the morning because midday is very crowded and feels rushed. The washrooms were also not clean.

Best Tim hortons I’ve been to! Service was top tier and food was made instantly. I didn’t have to wait at all! The drive thru was very fast and efficient and the order taker Sanjog made sure everything was running smoothly and efficiently as possible. He and the whole staff was very friendly and I recommend this Tim hortons to everyone!

Back to the good times! That’s the vibe at this Tim Hortons. The customer service is top tier and the display of cookies, donuts, etc is actually really nice. Everything looks fresh and made with care. Perfectly round plump donuts. Fully glazed. Not sloppy or thrown together. It was noticeable upon seeing it in comparison to most other Tim Hortons nowadays. This will be my location of choice moving forward. Great job!

Got a coffee at drive thru at 3:45am. Terrible service. No welcome greeting just what do you want? No donuts ready. Never returning. I get better service at the Tim Hortons on Brant St Burlington. Even it’s early in the morning. The servers need to be thought manners.
