This is it important I go to most often. The one thing that’s weird about this location is they always use their coffee compared to other locations? I don’t know it’s like as if you know when you’ve brewed coffee and there’s kind of wet coffee grounds and there’s that certain smell of it being kind of roasted, but also brewed at the same time. It’s almost as if they’re not cleaning something or cleaning a part of something properly or regularly enough because there seems to be a little bit of that kind of burnt already brewed taste to the coffee. It’s very very minimal, but when you compare it to other locations that seem to have a little bit of a more kind of cleaner tasting cup of coffee, if you could call it that.
Other than that, they’re efficient everything‘s generally up to stuff just the location is really not great. I mean there’s a lot of sketchy people hanging around and I mean I’m a grown man and I don’t even really like getting out of my car in that location not that you’re worried about being attacked or something, but it’s just there’s a lot of unsavory care characters. It’s definitely a better place to just drive in and out.

I went through the drive-through today to order a cup of coffee. When I got to the window, they gave me the wrong order, and it was much more expensive than what I asked for. They charged me twice and were supposed to refund the extra amount, but when I checked my account, they hadn't. When I got home, they hadn't refunded me the money. They're thieves!

This Tim Hortons location needs to be renovated badly, all you have to do is contact the head office. As a franchise owner, Tim Hortons will pay for the renovations. I enjoy going here, the staff work hard and are very friendly unfortunately your location needs repair.

I usually never review about Tim Hortons staff but Riya provided excellent service during the busy near about 6:30 rush. She greeted me with a friendly smile and took my order quickly and accurately. Even though the line was long, she stayed calm and efficient, making sure everyone was served promptly. My coffee was fresh, hot, and prepared just the way I asked. Her positive attitude made the experience enjoyable and set a good tone for the day.
