I went through the drive-through today to order a cup of coffee. When I got to the window, they gave me the wrong order, and it was much more expensive than what I asked for. They charged me twice and were supposed to refund the extra amount, but when I checked my account, they hadn't. When I got home, they hadn't refunded me the money. They're thieves!

This Tim Hortons location needs to be renovated badly, all you have to do is contact the head office. As a franchise owner, Tim Hortons will pay for the renovations. I enjoy going here, the staff work hard and are very friendly unfortunately your location needs repair.

I usually never review about Tim Hortons staff but Riya provided excellent service during the busy near about 6:30 rush. She greeted me with a friendly smile and took my order quickly and accurately. Even though the line was long, she stayed calm and efficient, making sure everyone was served promptly. My coffee was fresh, hot, and prepared just the way I asked. Her positive attitude made the experience enjoyable and set a good tone for the day.

Rude staff and in a hurry to close the store. Despite informing it's a mobile order still gave the wrong coffee. It's not the first time we are having coffee mocha. What we have been served is a watery black coffee with no sugar.

One of the worst Tim Hortons in the town. Staff so rude, very big line up and only one person to serve. They r focusing on drive thrue. Homeless ppl keep siting all day. Asked staff to tell em go outside staff told me they r our regular customer and cant tell them anything. Try to avoid this location.
