Their issue page isn’t working so I’m writing it here. I got a stomach flu after eating a Farmer’s wrap & a coffee last Thursday (Nov 7th, around noon). I’m sure I got it from here as I haven’t been/eaten from anywhere else, got in contact with anyone who might have it, and I’m the only one in my family who’s sick. Also my symptoms appeared after ~24hrs of eating their food, consistent with Gastoenteritis. I’m still sick today and my past few days has been hell. I wish employees thoroughly wash their hands when handling food and wear a mask (I didn’t see the server wearing one, mistake on my part for still taking the food); Idk if my server was sick or contaminated area. Nevertheless, I hope the corporate gives enough support to employees that they don’t go to work when sick and provide them with proper training in handling food and keeping food area clean.

This coffee shop, like other Tim Hortons stores, provides coffee and dessert services. The only inconvenience is that customers are not allowed to use the store's restrooms. This is unthinkable and unacceptable.
Normally this place has the best coffee in Mississauga, but today (sat July 27 '24, 3:00pm) the coffee had a strong bitter aftertaste and made my stomach turn a bit, I couldn't finish it.
I do love this location and the staff are always polite and nice, and today was no exception.
I just wanted to mention this so perhaps steps can be taken to avoid this happening in the future, because it is my favorite Tim's location and I don't want to see it go downhill! ?

Today's visit was fine....no complaints. However, my prior visit this week was disastrous. Line up was 7 cars behind me. No one in front of me was moving. I mentioned this to the order taker, who was politely disinterested. Without doubt, this is the worst drive thru in Mississauga ...as your many reviews show, this lack of service has been consistent over a long period of time. As the owner, you need to fix your business!
