Service was actually a zero starI saw 3 team members when I arrived, 1 serving a previous guest the other 2 just hanging outWhen completed serving 1st guest the team member went to the back & left only me at the counter (no team members)Then another member came and served me but as soon as she handed me my order started a conversation with the 1st member & I had to interrupt to get a sleeve for my black coffee.

This has to be the slowest tim Hortons I've ever been to in my life. There was only 1 employee, she was very pleasant and maintained a positive attitude but was moving slower than molasses and the line was getting dry frustrated.

She is a people person. She is the best team member in this Tim Horton's location. Deserves a promotion and a pay raise.

Chicken and beef rolls were cold, dehydrated and not palatable at all. Rolls had little meat and more potatoes.
