worst Tim Hortons i have ever been i went through the drive through they messed up my order and got mad at me then said i am not aloud to order. Also saw a video online of a partly deaf man getting told no that he cant order when they messed it up and said he has to come in when he doesn't want to because he has social anxiety. Overall they didn't try to even do their job and seem downright lazy. I really hope they report that video to Headquarters.

My daughter wanted Tim’s for lunch, she wanted to purchase me lunch also. So I told her to get me a BLT, and she got a craveable sandwich and creamy chill, she came home with my BTL, there was no mayo, the bacon was missing only one bacon cut in two and she said her drink tasted weird. Why are people spending their hard earned money and not getting what they ordered? I told her to take it back to them and get a refund because why. She had to return to school so she didn’t have time to go back. This is not good.

Dirtiest tim hortons I've been to. The door handles has grim on them, the bins were visibly full and wide open not to far from the counter. The servers were nice but this locations was really a mess. I ordered a medium tea with 2 cream 2 sugars. Quarter of my tea was missing and there was 1 sugar or no sugar it seems.

one employee here is so unprofessional. My cousin and i were eating and just talking on oct. 31 around 5:30pm. This employee was sweeping and mopping the floor around my area, so close to our food. He didnt even say “excuse me, u mind if i clean this area pls?” Something like that. Mind u that dirty ass mop touched my shoes 2x. This is just common sense.. common sense isnt really common nowadays

As I entered this Tim’s location, I almost made a U-turn because of its atmosphere. The surrounding area was dirty, an empty bottle was lying on the floor and there were spills that dried off, also a house fly was hovering. There’s a section where it was full of rowdy young people, and in another area, there were seniors who had loud conversations…some were seated on wheelchairs. The main door opened and closed…and a lot more elderly people coming in with their wheelchairs and walkers. Some of them looked fragile as they’re unassisted. Later, someone was going around trying to ask for change. I placed my order with the cashier and she was on training. The one who was training her was giving instructions while the trainee looked anxious and stressed, as she completed the transaction. I walked away with my order, and I overheard her team asking the cashier if she speaks and understood English very well, my heart sank…
Dietary restrictions: Ask for sugar on the side to help you control your sugar intake.

The usual unhygienic and a dirty place, none of the employees seem to be interested in cleaning or atleast make an effort. This is true for all the franchise outlets in the city.
There is one coworker called Jason there always smiling polite. And he always gets order right..if ur a senior he will bring the order to him ...I give him a Hugh 100 percent employee. Thank u
