I didn't wanna do this but I've just about had it... hire some Canadians who actually know how to speak English and do things right. This place is right by my home ive been going here almost everyday for over 20 years and in the past few years everything changed.... hire people who actually know what a steeped tea is, I don't ever want to get a half brewed tea with no bag again, after I literally just asked them "where's the bag" and they do the exact same thing, and then when I get fed up they tossed 2 bags in my cup as if that's supposed to fix the tea? Now thats overkill... this is a coffee spot, I expect you to know how to make a tea, it's not hard.... hire people who know what cheese is when I ask for a cheese croissant and they tell me "we don't have cheese, we only have cheddar"... are you serious?... beyond that I'm tired of getting my food messed up, and inconsistent coffees, I don't know how many times I got a coffee that tastes soapy... there's no excuse for that... bring back some of the past workers from like 2 years ago when it was actually diverse and limited language barriers. Where did they all go to? I never had so many issues before.

I have been coming to the Cawthra location for over a month @ least 2/3 times in a day, Aman Arora has exceptional customer service, he helped me many times with my gift card issues(even if on his break) & any other issues. Aman also shows great customer service remembering also the food & drinks I order. Aman goes personally out of his way to meet customers needs
Parking: There is a big parking lot no problem finding a spot
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly place, its quiet & peaceful

I WENT TO TIMS BEFORE GOING TO WORK IN THE MORNING TO GET CHRISTMAS CONFETTI SMILE COOKIE AND THEN ENDED UP PUTTING REGULAR CHOCOLATE CHIP. THEY CHARGED ME ALSO FOR THE SPECIAL EDITION COOKIES. THESE PEOPLE WHO CANT UNSERSTAND OR SPEAK ENGLISH SCREWED UP MY COFFEE DRINKS AS WELL. WHAT A MESS OF ALL THESE TIM HORTONS IN CANADA.
