Extremely poor and very disrespectful customer service. Today (Dec 31), I and many others were trying to enter the Tim Hortons at 5:48 PM, but they closed the door even though their closing time was 6:00 PM.
I have witnessed this before. I fail to understand how Tim Hortons' head office ignores this kind of repeated behavior. Maybe they don't have any value for their customers and think we are not valuable to them!

Every time I go to this Tim’s it’s always dirty there’s always cups and napkins and other stuff on the table, the floor is always dirty the bathrooms are always dirty and employees are so slow and lazy everyone is complaining about this Tim’s and the employees. we have to wait like 10 minutes in the line because the new employees are slow and the managers the old owner and the old employee were much better soon no one will be going to this Tim’s anymore.
The food, service, and atmosphere were satisfactory, but not exceptional. The staff could have been more welcoming and friendly.

Tim Hortons Café is a great place for coffee and pastries. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, perfect for working or meeting with friends. The coffee is strong and delicious, especially iced coffee.

The guy at the counter (who looked to be from the Indian sub-continent) was very rude, despite being cordial to him.
If Tim Hortons's employees are disgruntled with their employer, they shouldn't take it out on undeserving customers, especially when they're being polite and cheerful. This was a bitter experience.
I wouldn't recommend anyone visiting the store deal with this person. It's a pity that the outlet being otherwise good is getting its reputation hammered by one employee.
Parking: A good deal of free parking spots
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for differently-abled folks to access the outlet as well
Terrible service, food and atmosphere. No fault of the server. The other day store is open (10 minutes to 6 am) no baked goods. Only one server taking orders, preparing coffee and food. Why open the store at this time if there is only one server and no baked goods????
Today, no original blend coffee only dark roast (6:10 am)???? Unbelievable!!!

Worst experience ever. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte. Good job I checked, no whip cream, I asked..does this not come with whip cream, she went to fridge and put it in I told her add the drizzle too as she was on her way back to give it to me without it. Manager needs to train their staff. These lattes aren't cheap. Then I get nasty look from her. Check your order before leaving
