today i visited in this tim hortons by drive through and there was a old leady who getting payment and giving food to coustmers, in first my card not working and then i used my second card, then its worked but still she took order back and beahave with me roudely, why, i wanna request to the manager of this store please pay attention on ur workers, thank you

I’m actually done with this Tim Hortons. I ordered a large drink and they have me a medium in a large cup. Every morning it’s attitude on the cashier face at the drive thru. She’s a pretty girl but she never smiles. Other Tim Hortons employees at other locations have upbeat attitudes or at least a smile or “have a good day “ is said when you leave. It’s ridiculous that while working in a customer service restaurant, customer service is never considered. How could the person that made this drink think that the extra $2 I paid for a large is not deserved in my drink. If they went somewhere and got this they would not be happy so why do it to customers. I understand as a past Tim Hortons employee that drive thru time is important I worked the drive through and it got hectic but at my location we never under served our guest. All that whip cream on top for a cup to have a few sips of drink when it’s suppose to be a large is ridiculous.
