Jeffrey is a very disrespectful and lazy employee they claim to have a policy about limiting only 1 ice water per person where as no other Tim Hortons has this and they claim that it is a head office policy.

Y’all, I am a highschooler and it was my first day of school. I missed my bus both times, so afterwards, I got on public bus, but it was so filled with students that I had to go get another bus, WHICH LEAD ME ALL THE WAY TO ISLINGTON AND I SOMEHOW DIDNT NOTICE. There was this girl beside me, and I didn’t want to bother her, so I sat in the bus for a while, until I really had to use the washroom. This was all so absurd to me 😭 but then I met this place. It was great and had toilets!! But the food! The timbits were sooo good (my favorite is the blueberry one) and the lemonade was amazing since it was pretty hot outside! This was a lifesaver since I barely ate today. The staff here are friendly, especially that old Asian lady that took my order! Thank you!

I just got a coffee but the lineup was pretty long. Lately the food has been really fresh And the service has been fast and And the service has been fast and they're friendly and smiling . I guess cuz it's summer and they're happy. other than that during the day it's safe it's friendly And it's a nice place to sit and have a chat with boyfriend or friend ! They have clean washrooms friendly staff.

Literally the worst experience at any Tim’s, waited in line for 30 mins and then took 25 mins to get a wrap. Didn’t care about serving the front even with 10 ppl in line and didn’t care that ppl were waiting, one worker literally yelled at the other one saying “I don’t care, let them wait”…

Very rude servers, its very common on many locations. seems like TH no longer train their servers about customer service.
I go to this location even if it is a bit further to my place, because at least i thought the service is not as worst in locations near me, but this afternoon there is a female server with a spicy accent that is just the worst customer service encounter.
Many times they get the order wrong, and when you return to correct it they will even accuse you of lying, and will even swear at you.
