Hello, when I went there, there was a short white lady, I have been getting coffee for the last 2 times. She gave the coffee reluctantly and made faces at us. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Just so you know. I think you need to change your staff.

Worst customer service ever! When it was my turn to order, an another employee just interrupts her coworker who was taking my order and starts having conversation with the employee taking my order.
You guys could talk outside busy hours and stop interrupting coworkers who’s taking order. Y’all can just punch in your work schedule in other POS system, can you? Geez
Yet another day to add in to this review, on November 16, I came here for some breakfast and hot coffee. However, the coffee was too hot to drink. I went to ask for few ice cubes to cool down my coffee a bit at the front counter. The employee said that they charge 0.50 cents for the cup but all I wanted him to get me few ice cubes. Not only that but also told me that it’s a company policy to charge. Like WTH! I’m not asking for premium cups or ice cubes.

What’s happened to the standards of cleanliness at Tim Hortons? 2:30 p:m, Friday Oct 11th - garbage of sorts on the floor throughout, floors long past needing a wipe, tables need a wipe-down, washroom looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned for a while. Urinal out of order with garbage bag on it. Bathroom doors look like they haven’t been washed/wiped for a while. This is NOT from lunch rush. Patronized this location for years but it never looked like this. Seeing other Tim’s in this state as well around the gta.
Absolutely horrible experience by the guy name Simran and halnaaz. Stop hiring incompetent staff.

I was waiting in front of an open cash register for 5 minutes while 6 staff members consistently walked past despite there being a line of customers building up. When someone finally came and took our order, the girl at the register had an annoyed demeanour.
There were a few flies roaming about behind the counter as well.
