This place is AWFUL for delivery. Our office orders Tim's every morning.Every morning, they forget items (but don't forget to charge us) they get orders completely wrong....when we order a tea we want it filled with hot water NOT COFFEE!! We spent $18.00 on smile cookies today and only received 1? Customer service is below satisfactory and does not want to help or take responsibility.You guys need to do better.

I visit this Tim Hortons every weekend and the servers who takes drive thru orders has no customer service skills. Rude and unpleasant. No hi hello while taking the order and no smile when you get to the window. You guys make it seem like you are favoring people by serving them. Please make space for people who actually wna work in customer service and are good at it.

I drove thru and ordered my items. When I got to the cash window, I asked if they had soup, and the person told me, "Yes." I said, "That's great because when I usually come, they only have chill, and I asked to kindly add a large soup to my order. The drive thru window shut, and then someone else appeared and told me that I'm holding up the line and that people need to get to work and if I wanted a soup,I would have to go back to the line. She was clearly rude and did not make me feel like a valuable customer, as I ordered from this location for the last 7 years on a daily morning routine. After this experience, I tried to avoid this location as I would never want to be treated that way. The time that this lady invested in being rude, she could of served me my soup. It is so sad that this person is working in customer service. That morning, I also called Tim Hortons head office to report the person's name and issue and did not get a call back?

I am at this location every morning around 5:30, staff is so pleasant and nice. Pay attention to the customers always very apologetic if any issues. Never had issues with my order only with my cups. The lady who makes my coffee always makes it perfect. Really wish all locations were as good as this one.

Poor customer service. First of all, Employee VANYA was very rude . such people cannot serve and work with customers if they can’t control themselves. Second of all, she lied to me about the offer I wanted to use on my app. Clearly it says I can get 2 coffees or 2 teas WITH 2 donuts for 5$. Instead, she said I can only get one coffee(tea) for free, another I have to pay for..or one donut another I have to pay. Disappointing. Her behavior was shocking. Never ever I have experienced such a bad customer service at Tim Hortons. I have already send the complaint to guest service specifically about this employee and this situation but it would be great if manager on duty can talk to her and explain to her duties and her job responsibilities.
