Worst service and worst customer service . I ordered two coffee and they made both coffees wrong. And rude staff. I ordered donuts and they said we don’t have and when i went inside and i saw they have everything. And i got that donut from inside. Worst worst service with staff.

Awful hygiene experience
On Thursday, January 8, around 1:50 AM, I visited this Tim Hortons and ordered a steeped tea. I was told the machine was broken, so I ordered a chai tea instead. Before preparing my drink, the staff member (Asian lady) was sweeping and mopping the dining area. Unfortunately, she did not change her gloves afterward. She prepared and served my drink wearing the same transparent food-service gloves that were used for cleaning, instead of changing gloves or using proper cleaning gloves. This completely compromised hygiene standards and made the experience very uncomfortable. I was on a short break and didn’t have time to ask for a replacement, but this is something that should not happen. I’m leaving this review to raise awareness for other customers and for management, so staff can be properly trained to maintain hygiene at all times—not just during inspections.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. There were about 5–6 employees in the store, yet I waited at the cashier for around 6 minutes without anyone taking my order. Two employees even looked at me but did nothing. Finally, a staff member came to take my order, but when I received my coffee, it was wrong—it didn’t have sugar as I had requested.
This is a great location just off the 401 highway on Mavis. I've stopped here on multiple occasions and each time the service has been good. One time the cashier actually helped me with the app on my phone, she was very patient and ensured that I got the best offer available. I hope they keep up their standards going forward.
