I had a disappointing experience at this location. There were about 5–6 employees in the store, yet I waited at the cashier for around 6 minutes without anyone taking my order. Two employees even looked at me but did nothing. Finally, a staff member came to take my order, but when I received my coffee, it was wrong—it didn’t have sugar as I had requested.

This is a great location just off the 401 highway on Mavis. I've stopped here on multiple occasions and each time the service has been good. One time the cashier actually helped me with the app on my phone, she was very patient and ensured that I got the best offer available. I hope they keep up their standards going forward.

This morning was lovely, I enjoyed my loaded croissant and the sweet ladies working.💕
Horrible service. Orderd mobile orders 30 mins ago for pick up. Once I get there for pick up they have nothing ready. The lady says try to understand I don't have people. They had over 30 mins to prep the order. Filled with attitude at this location. I couldn't read the name but the lady with attitude had glasses and name tag started with the letter Z and had a hijab on. She was frustrated at me and said sit down once ready I'll give u after I placed an order 30 mins ago. She was very rude and made me feel like it was my fault. Useless staff at this location.
