Poor experience at this time Hortons, the staff was extremely rude. She could not understand the order. We decided to order less just to avoid confusion. She was screaming the whole time and could not understand the simple difference between hot and cold.
The coffee and jalapeño pastry served was not hot.
I have never received such sub-standard service in any Tim Hortons. PATHETIC!!!!! Avoid this tim hortons if you are in this area.

Usually , I visit this location because I like this location! Today I come with my family, the place was cold and I ordered the craveables sandwich with extra large caffee! The offer was $ 5:49 unfortunately they charge me $ 6:99 and this is the third time, they charge me more than the price s offer! I am not satisfied !

My husband and I are regular customers often visiting at night. We’ve always had a wonderful experience, particularly with one of staff members, a kind and welcoming Filipino lady who works the night shift. However, our experience last night was disappointing and left us quite upset. While ordering coffee at the drive-thru, the staff member taking our order had difficulty hearing us. My husband repeated our order a bit louder to ensure clarity. To our surprise, the staff member raised her voice, accusing us of yelling at her. This was shocking.
She then abruptly instructed us to drive to the window without taking our order. When we reached the window, she questioned us in an accusatory tone, saying, "Is this how you talk to me?" Despite our efforts to clarify that we were not yelling and only trying to be heard, she remained dismissive, did not apologize, and acted in an unprofessional manner.
