Every time I visit this location, I end up dealing with the same older lady with glasses, and the experience is consistently terrible. She’s grumpy from the moment you pull up, and her attitude puts you in a bad mood immediately. She makes mistakes with orders and refuses to fix them, responding in a rude and dismissive way. Even at the drive-through, she’s pushy and unfriendly.
It honestly feels like she has no interest in customer service at all, and I don’t understand how management hasn’t addressed this. Because of her attitude alone, I’m avoiding this location completely. Customer service training is desperately needed.

Exceptional service!, the store was clean I waited for only 3 minutes for a farmers sausage wrap and an Ice coffee everyone in the Team were pleasant!

The older lady at the drive thru around 8pm today (sep3, 2025) was incredibly rude.
I was billed for 2 drinks and I was handed just one drink after I paid. After a few seconds of her standing still I let her know that I have two drinks, and she screamed “I only have two hands”, furiously handed the drink, and went away.
The upper management needs to ensure the staff just don’t start screaming when they’re calmly asked a question. Even if they’re shortstaffed (assuming they were), it doesn’t justify them talking to the customers this way.
