The older lady at the drive thru around 8pm today (sep3, 2025) was incredibly rude.

I was billed for 2 drinks and I was handed just one drink after I paid. After a few seconds of her standing still I let her know that I have two drinks, and she screamed “I only have two hands”, furiously handed the drink, and went away.

The upper management needs to ensure the staff just don’t start screaming when they’re calmly asked a question. Even if they’re shortstaffed (assuming they were), it doesn’t justify them talking to the customers this way.

I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I have been experiencing at 3411 Mavis road. I am a daily customer and usually enjoy the service, but recently I have had repeated negative interactions with an employee named Priya, who states she is a supervisor.

On multiple occasions (at least three times now, usually in the morning shift), she has taken my order in a rushed manner, resulting in mistakes. When I politely asked for clarification, she responded very rudely and in an unprofessional tone. Her behavior made me feel disrespected as a customer.

I value Tim Hortons for its service and consistency, but this repeated experience is disappointing. I kindly request that this matter be addressed to ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism.

Everything is like every other Tim Hortons branch but the staff delayed the order a bit although the cafe is not crowded, other than that overall it’s a decent experience and lot of place to dine in 😃

What happened to me today is unbelievable. I ordered a coffee and two iced waters at the Tim Hortons at 3411 Mavis Road in Drive-Thru. At the counter, I received a coffee and only one cup of water, and it had no lid. When I asked why the lid wasn't on, I was told that this is new rules. I was most frustrated when I noticed I wouldn't get a second water because I was only entitled to one water per order which they also said was new rules. There were two people in the car. It's unfathomable that someone would be denied water at 28°C. This is not humanitarian because we live in Canada, it's against law even. This is very unlike Canadian culture and customs where is the Canadian hospitality?
