Hii there. I mostly visited at this Tim hortons and this time when i visited the service was good at night and the team members were very cooperative as i was stuck while deciding between some drinks. They treated us very nicely and were very polite. I will definitely come again and will also recommend this to my friends.

Hi. Me and my wife use Drive thru order Drinks two girls just talking each other after waiting long-time she ask me what is your Order. even she not prepared any of my order it's Night time no busy i think she need to learn customer service .

I literally almost died. I got medium steep tea. It was boiling hot the lid wasn’t closed probably spilled all over me. My thigh is burning . My shoes brand new is ruined . I really don’t know what to say or do . One of the worst things possible to ever happen to Me. Worst thing is I am a regular I have like 6k point on the app and this is literally terrified me I don’t know if I ever want to ever come back to Tim Hortons .. I really don’t know what to say whoever is on the drive thru needs to understand people are usually in rush going to work . I am speechless this is insane, not only I almost crashed I jumped out of the car in the middle of traffic so fast I forgot the car was on drive. I came back to to Tim’s the lady was nice she offered me another tea.. to anyone getting hot drinks be careful I hope employees try their best to double chdck before handing out a drink no one is perfect but this hurt me really bad.

I always come to this store before i start my job. Everytime the staff is so polite but today A girl name Suman is at the counter for taking everybody’s order and the way she treat everyone is so nice and she is soft spoken and know her job very well. Great hospitality by the staff.
The usual stuff. The coffee doesn’t taste the same as that from my regular place.

The two grandmas ? ? working there don't even know how to behave to people. Are they even human? Arrogant attitude towards customers. Kind of racist, I would say. Treats customers by their looks. Be polite to others. Your behavior could ruin someone's entire day. I have seen these two grandma's treating a student badly who visit the store in search of a job. Feel shame on you, Grandma's. Change your attitude if you are reading this. Be polite to others. Shame on you.

No way today's Tim Horton's quality and service is worth a 3.9*... Tim Horton should be rolling in his grave at the thought of stale bagels, sub-par coffee compared to previous years, and unorganized staff (and poor pay)... Glad the executives are happy though. Soups are typically so salty, or the hardest inedible chunk of broccoli stem in a nice cup of soup...

Terrible, i really should give more for service, but if I include how clean was the place...there should be a negative rating. Washroom was flooded with urine, pieces if tissues on the floor, smell was horrid, the amonia in the air was burning my nostrils. Apparently women's washroom was as bad. Floor in the restaurant littered with garbage. Dirty tables with leftovers...I feel bad for employees, since this is not their fault patrons leave such mess...but it is also their job to take care of such busy establishment.

Sadly lacking in the flavors of tea that they usually have. Service is incredibly slow even if you go into the counter. For the amount of people they have tripping over themselves behind that counter you would think service would be a little quicker . A meager selection of donuts and most of them are specialty Donuts which do not count if you are ordering a dozen unless you're willing to pay an exorbitant extra fee for that particular donut.....
