Bagel with butter was so dry. Not enough butter. I usually get Tim Hortons daily. From different location. Thought ide come here before catching the go train. Was disappointed. Made with no love.

I live nearby and go often since its walking distance. 3/5 times they always mess up your order. Not attentive to requests. Not a clean Tims. In general, not well trained staff, poor housekeeping from the franchise owner (restocking is always behind, etch). 2x i've had to throw out their drinks entirely because of how questionablely disgusting they tasted, i don't know if they clean their machines properly.

Worst of all the Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Staff is incompetent and not capable of punching in a simple order or providing what you clearly asked for. They are rude and argue with the customer when they are at fault instead of just fixing it and making it right. Do yourself an favour and avoid this location! Management needs to step in and get rid of this rude staff!
First off, it would be nice if you can get an order right the first time. My coffee tasted like hot water and cream, went to tell the person behind the cash, he tells me sorry I already clocked out tell someone else. Terrible customer service. The floors looked like they have not been cleaned in weeks, the tables were all sticky and don’t get me started on the bathrooms ? Get it together Tim Hortons, unfortunately this location is not the only one that is nasty.

This was such a dirty Tim Hortons… 3 employees standing around, no soap in the bathroom, black marks from dirt on the floors everywhere. Our food was not fresh, it tasted stale and overly fried. The prices are going up and the quality and service is going down. For being in such a nice area it is a shame how this Tim Hortons is representing. No care

Horrible location, old stale bagels that are from most likely the night before heaven forbiddenthey get cut... Older woman makes you say your order 2 times to try and "move things along" in fact just takes longer... "How is your coffee" I duno have not ordered it yet... couldn't stir a tea to save a life... stay far away from this location... ran by chimps. This is not a one time issue im a sucker for punishment (its close to the job) so I'm here all the time.... Is it me am I asking to much for a 5$ bagel.....? Why has food prices gone sky high but quality is at an all time low.... make it make sence dummies....
