As I saw, Karan was providing best customer service, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all guests. For example, during a busy morning rush I was getting late to work and I asked them to take fast orders, this guy Karan went above and beyond by remembering a regular customer’s order, expediting service, and ensuring their satisfaction despite the high volume of orders. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to excellence!

I visited Tim Hortons today and ordered coffee. One of the managers, Jagseer, explained that they have a test hot sandwich and suggested making it a combo with potato wedges. I really appreciate his help in finding something delicious. Thanks to him for the great service!

I do visit different locations of Tim everyday but my experience at this location was exceptional especially with on-site manager Jagseer, he requested me to wait for couple of minutes and served me fresh potato wedges with double-double steep tea. I really appreciate his work ethics 😊.

Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your [dixie and amico] on [dec 11,2024] at approximately 11:55 PM. As a semi-truck driver, I am unable to use the drive-thru due to vehicle restrictions and have always been accommodated when walking up to order at other Tim Hortons locations. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my recent visit.

When I attempted to place an order on foot at the drive-thru window, I was informed that I could not be served unless I was in a car, supposedly for safety reasons. I understand policies may vary, but what followed was even more disheartening.

The driver behind me, noticing my situation, kindly offered to order a coffee on my behalf when it was his turn at the window. However, the staff refused to take the order for a single coffee and instructed him to go around the drive-thru again to place the order. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for both of us.

I have never encountered such an issue at any other Tim Hortons location. This lack of flexibility and customer care left a very negative impression. I appreciate the kindness of the driver behind me, but this experience has seriously undermined the trust and positive association I previously had with your brand.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving your policies or training to ensure situations like this are handled with more understanding in the future.
