I would like to share my disappointing experience during my recent visit. I placed an order for potato wedges and a chicken wrap through the drive-thru. The staff member at the window asked me to come inside. I waited an additional 10 minutes in my car, then went inside, only to find that my food hadn’t even been started.
In total, I waited over 25 minutes for my order. On top of that, the staff at the counter were unresponsive and displayed an unprofessional attitude. I had been told the wedges would take about 12 minutes, but the wait was much longer, with no communication or apology for the delay.
This experience was very disappointing, and I hope steps are taken to improve both service efficiency and staff responsiveness at this location.

On a warm & rainy, Mississauga midnight/morning, Gurpreet was very helpful, with my order. I do not use the iPhone application or usually order only, but she was calm & kind to show me how to complete my transaction, even though we were both increasingly wet due to the rain. I thank you, Gurpreet & I am sure the children in my family would as well, when they wake up.

Very rude lady. I came back to change the tea latte as it was too cold. Firstly she refused to change and then I asked her to put less syrup. Since she didn’t respond I told her again and she screamed at me saying GOT IT. Like are you the CEO of tims? Why can’t you just re make it. What was so hard ?

I come here around 4am for breakfast, and most of the time they tell me there’s no food available. What’s frustrating is that I can literally see food sitting in the display through the window, but they still say they can’t serve it. It’s very inconsistent and disappointing, especially for a location that’s supposed to be open 24 hours. You end up driving all the way here and can only get coffee, which defeats the purpose of coming for breakfast.
