Terrible service, tried to order a grilled croissant, machine was just turned off we don’t want to turn it back on. Ok, what bagels do you have? “Go look over there” well then can I have it toasted with cream cheese & jam? You have to put it yourself. Never went to a Tim’s and was told I have to make my order myself. Do I get paid for the hour? Or is it free?

I went to the main lobby every staff was nice, the staff at the second counter served me Shaista she was nice, gave me good suggestions provided offers that i could avail, i enjoyed her customer service.

Purposefully made drink wrong just because I called you out for having 4 people standing there doing nothing while forgetting about the orders you have. Chatting about home life in front of customers is not recommended either!

Great food and service. The employees deserve a raise after dealing with customers today that wouldn't accept their friendly refund for their pizza that was accidently not made veggie. Instead the two women decided to degrade and humiliate the employees requesting that they should be compensated $200 for their pizza error. Timmies, please ignore that review as it is not true.

I came here and placed an order, but your order taker was so rude. When I asked her, "Can you please repeat my order?" and I asked twice, she answered me in a very fake accent, saying, "Look by yourself at the screen." Then, I asked to add extra cane syrup, but she added extra vanilla to my order instead. When I picked up my order from the window, she gave it to the window girl, saying, "Give this extra caneee," with a weird face. Haha, kid, improve hospitality, and if you're like this, thank you, but I'm going to mark this restaurant and will never come back. You've spoiled my mood in the afternoon. Zero stars. My order was a Vanilla cold brew and 10 times bits. The order time was after 3:10 pm on April 28th. The general manager or manager should see this behavior and guide them. And please add that I was a general manager too in my past; I've never seen an employee behave like this. It's the worst behavior.

I came in as a hospital patient wanting a drink and snack in the middle of the night. It is the only place open in the hospital after hours. My server was extremely rude and unhelpful from the start. I tried to place an order, but it was overpriced and wrong. I tried to get him to fix it, but then he got rude. His manager or whoever that was, was sitting on the windowsill at the entrance of the store eating food. He said nothing, nor tried to help. I obviously didn't get to make my purchase and left upset with my treatment. (All while he cussed as I walked away.) I was so upset that I went back to take pictures (from the outside of the store) so I can make a review, and was chased through the hospital by the manager trying to yell and intimidate me. He asked why I'm taking pictures, and I replied to make a review of my treatment. He said no, I have to delete my review and pictures. I calmly told him again that I have a right to complain and document my treatment. The other (rude) staff member came out as well, causing a big scene demanding I hand him my phone. (In this time, they left a long line and 1 girl on register) I said I didn't like how I was treated and tried to explain what happened, but he didn't want to hear me out. He was more concerned with getting me to delete the review and pictures from my phone. When he realized I was not giving in, he then called security on me, who called more security. In less than 5mins I was surrounded by security, putting on gloves trying to intimidate me. I said this would not work, and I had a right to tell what happened to me. After he talked to security for a moment, I guess they found out I was right because everyone just walked away in different directions, leaving me standing there. Not one word. No apologies or anything. The security didn't even say sorry ma'am you can go. Everyone just walked off in their own direction. I then went back to my unit very upset about this interaction. This is NOT how you treat customers, especially in a hospital where you don't even know what they're dealing with or going through. I never EVER write reviews, but this has me extremely upset, and I don't think they should get away with treating people like this! The night staff, I believe, treat customers differently because they're not being as monitored as the day staff.
