The service here is impressively quick and well-organized. The designated pickup points make it especially convenient for online orders — a big plus in a busy setting like this hospital. The manager is clearly doing a great job keeping things running smoothly. I tried the Bagel 🥯 BLT 🥪, and it was fresh and delicious!

Poor service. We order coffee triple triple and vanilla ice latte. The coffee was too cold . I asked the girl on drive thru that the coffee is not drinkable. Instead of solving my problem she started arguing with us. She started making excuses. I worked in food department as well but, never experienced this. Never ever going again. Needs to train the staff.

I asked to little extra cheese for my kids I pizza . They were charging extra for the same but in other Tim Hortons store they did little extra cheese without any charges. pizza I got here with less cheese in it it does not cover bread as well

When i placed my order they asked for my name....i waited nothing....than i noticed they had a table with drinks and food just sitting there....people were grabbing things looking for their name....someone grabbed my order to check if it was theirs when i realized what was happening....so gross not hygenic....another lady even teased and said hopefully no one is contagious....The staff should not be allowing anyone near the table....they are in hospital!!!! People could be contagious and hello sick!!! I was disgusted....tim hortons do better!!! Properly train your staff as well you should not be allowing people to grab at another persons order!!! I have never been in a tim hortons sooo disgusting ever...and this is a location that should be held at a higher standard.

I got the ice coffee and ice capp from tim horton from main lobby ask the girl to put little extra cream in my ice capp she charged me extra for that when I ask her since when did you guys start charging extra cream she started yelling at me and I ask her to stop yelling at me she said I don't have time to explain each and everyone for extra charging
Most of the time I buy bagel from here and it's always hard or old and I been doing surveys no one even reply back or no improvement, staff is very rude is well
Gees shrinkflation is real. The donuts are 50% smaller at this location. The cheese croissant was smaller than my hand. Pathetic. Same prices. Same calorie count. Horrible location.

The night shift guys that work this Tim's are incompetent at best. There are a few Tim's employees who are great with the customer service but most of the guys act like you've asked them to lift the entire world on their shoulders when you give them an order. They take forever to get your order done which cuts into break time if you're an employee at the hospital. Like why does it take longer to get something at night when the traffic is slow?

I went there at 9:39 pm there was 3to 4 people were work but nobody taking the order i was waiting then i went near to cashier and said can i order he event say yes he just saw at me no answer there was not a lot of cookies just some muffins all looks so old and inside of the showroom was so dirty and a woman come and move all muffins with her hands without gloves put in top i really fell sorry for tim hortons for this horrible service
