The worker coughed and sneezed while making a wrap didn’t cover face. Than spoke in another language and laughed that he sneezed in the woman’s food. She left without a refund.

During a recent visit to the Tim Hortons located in the Credit Valley Hospital main lobby, I unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My wife had been admitted to the hospital, and I stopped by early Friday morning to pick up a simple order for her a croissant with butter and a medium steeped tea and a medium double-double for myself.

I understand that mornings can be very busy, especially at a location within a hospital where many visitors and staff rely on quick service. There was a steady line of customers, and it appeared that both the night shift and incoming shift employees were present. However, the service seemed quite disorganized at the time. Staff members appeared to be rushing, and it was unclear who was responsible for which tasks. At one point, two employees accidentally bumped into each other and someone’s coffee was dropped, while others nearby seemed unsure how to respond.

Given the importance of this location for hospital patients, visitors, and staff, a bit more coordination and supervision during shift transitions could make a significant difference. Many people visiting the hospital are already under stress, and reliable service for something as simple as food or a beverage can mean a lot.

My suggestion to the management would be to review operations during busy periods particularly during shift changes to ensure better organization and smoother service. For customers, it may also be helpful to double check their orders before leaving, especially when visiting during peak hours.

When I almost gave up on Tim Hortons customers service, Channy made me change my mind.She greeted me nicely (which you hardly expect from tim horotns these days ) and also made sure I got my drinks on time .

They tried to sell me disgusting soup that looked like a dog ate it and threw it up and had the audacity to tell me to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. You’re better off walking across the street to esso to get something else.

The service here is impressively quick and well-organized. The designated pickup points make it especially convenient for online orders — a big plus in a busy setting like this hospital. The manager is clearly doing a great job keeping things running smoothly. I tried the Bagel 🥯 BLT 🥪, and it was fresh and delicious!

Poor service. We order coffee triple triple and vanilla ice latte. The coffee was too cold . I asked the girl on drive thru that the coffee is not drinkable. Instead of solving my problem she started arguing with us. She started making excuses. I worked in food department as well but, never experienced this. Never ever going again. Needs to train the staff.

I asked to little extra cheese for my kids I pizza . They were charging extra for the same but in other Tim Hortons store they did little extra cheese without any charges. pizza I got here with less cheese in it it does not cover bread as well
