Been in Canada for 15+ years 🇨🇦 and this is hands down the BEST Tim Hortons I’ve ever had... ordered coffee, tea, and snacks etc, verything tasted amazing and super fresh ✨👌 Honestly, this place should be the flagship location, and the rest of Tims should charge 50% less... Huge shoutout to all the staff and managers 🙌 Amazing job keeping the Tim’s brand strong. Keep it up! 💙

As we know, we are living in the era of shrinkflation!! Well, tim hortons is not immune to that as well. I ordered a croissant today and the croissant is definitely about thirty percent smaller than it was.The last time I bought one, which was a few weeks ago! It also didn't have its usual fresh light and airy pastry. It was more dense and more chewing was involved. It's a sad day that we live in when everything we buy.And the only things we can buy are controlled by these companies that give us prepared foods that have chemicals that are toxic to our bodies.Yet they keep doing it and are allowed to! And diseases are on the rise, sickness is on the rise.Where do you think it all stems from! ? Aside of that, the coffee was phenomenal.The staff were very friendly and helpful and the environment was quite seasonal and friendly. I actually enjoy going into the store as there was no drive through. Worth the stop, they are efficient and friendly!

This is the 3rd time I place an order online just to show up 15 min after and waiting another 15 for it to get ready! The staff is so rude, specially the lady making the wraps today. She didn’t not even place the ingredients properly. Tim Hortons do better.

My expresso tasted like the machine was in need of a cleaning, and my toasted raisin tea biscuit with butter was cold and butter was in a giant clump. Such a disappointing purchase.

The staff are just talking and not focus on marking food. While ordering in the counter, the cashier a few times got interrupted by their taking when we are speaking to order the food. When she was making the food, a few staff are still taking with each other and not focusing making food.
The WORST thing is the serving of the food! It is very small. We ordered chicken wraps. There is no much stuff inside. It is very flat and the wrap almost half of wrap is just a wrap itself without filling. It is almost half of the size than where I bought from other Tim Horton or other restaurants.
Never want to go again.

I came here to pick up a mobile order. Unlike every other Tim’s, this place hides it behind the counter. When I asked for the order that I could see ready the gentlemen said ask another staff member. This is unacceptable.
