Very rude staff and and they prepare the food terribly

The staff are just talking and not focus on marking food. While ordering in the counter, the cashier a few times got interrupted by their taking when we are speaking to order the food. When she was making the food, a few staff are still taking with each other and not focusing making food.
The WORST thing is the serving of the food! It is very small. We ordered chicken wraps. There is no much stuff inside. It is very flat and the wrap almost half of wrap is just a wrap itself without filling. It is almost half of the size than where I bought from other Tim Horton or other restaurants.
Never want to go again.

I came here to pick up a mobile order. Unlike every other Tim’s, this place hides it behind the counter. When I asked for the order that I could see ready the gentlemen said ask another staff member. This is unacceptable.

I have been coming to this location for years and have come across some really fabulous people with amazing people skills including Lindsay, Logesh and the latest addition Tani! She always has this big smile which certainly brightens up one’s day. Thank you for bringing sunshine to my mornings 🙏🏽!

This is the best place I have ever been. Staff is very hardworking and polite. They always make sure I get the best service plus order is always accurate than drive thru ones.

I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. The table, floor, and washroom were all filthy. When I requested that my table be cleaned, the employee responded that they were busy. I found this response to be unprofessional, as it seemed that they were prioritizing conversation over customer service. Furthermore, my ice tea tasted off, and when I asked if it could be remade, the woman implied that I had ordered it that way. I clarified that while I had ordered it as described, something about the taste was not right.

Always order coffee milk and cream.
One out of 5 times I get milk and shugar. Why ??? People with diabetes will get sick .
Trow away cofee for that day.
