I hate this location, but its most convenient for me which is why i go back. Morning shift does an amazing job. But going in the afternoon/weekends its a nightmare. Was there earlier today asked for an iced coffee and i got a hot coffee with ice and she says "its freshly brewed" k, at least tell me its hot so i can decide to get it or not. Absolutely hate going here in the evening/weekends. Your afternoon staff needs proper training.
Read a lot of the reviews here. Disagree with all the negative ones. this place is great, been going here forever. They are under staffed which slows things down but otherwise they are great. And for ppl complaining here are the ones that go out of their way to be disrespectful to hard working ppl. If you don't like the place go somewhere else.
