I've been to this Tim Hortons several times, and the coffee, food, and service have always been excellent. While the building is older and the decor isn’t as modern as other locations, it’s still a great spot for a coffee and a quick lunch.
Parking: It's a pretty busy location at South West Corner of Dundas and Dixie location.
I try to avoid tim hortons but thought I would give it another try!! Should have gone to Starbucks as it would have been worth paying more!! Small candy cane hot chocolate tasted like soap, cinnamon bagel with no raisins!! Guy insisting it was the right bagel. Never had such a disappointing snack but after all it is Tim Hortons who only care about hiring FOB’s who don’t care about customer service! Never never again!

Even though it was a busy time, the staff worked efficiently to ensure everyone was served quickly without compromising on quality. My order was prepared perfectly—my coffee was just how I like it, and the freshness of the food was noticeable. The staff even took a moment to confirm my order to make sure everything was right, which I really appreciated. Kudos to the amazing team for their hard work and excellent service!

Food is not the same quality anymore. We had to ask the staff to wipe down the dirty tables. It seems like it was a bother to them for asking.

Team Members were friendly and quick. Great food and coffee. Had the spicy chicken pizza and medium double double. Order is always right here. Parking lot always looks clean. Security walking parking lot shows management trying to create a safe environment. Love this!

The staff here is horrible they don't understand proper English neither the order given the coffee was nothing but watery and burnt they have the worst attitude ever not all the staff is friendly some of them actually know how to do their job!! Need proper staff who speaks
