Worst service ever. Your store needs better management. You have 6 workers all prioritizing mobile orders and drive thru. Just in case you didn't know you still have to serve the costumers that actually come into the store. 👎👎

I’ve never seen anything like this before
This is my go-to Tims every morning on my way to work. Alex, who works in the drive thru is the best, she's always on top of everything and makes sure I get the correct order. The food is consistently fresh and tasty!

I swear I never felt like this . The egg and biscuit 🤢 the egg was smelly and the egg was rubber . This food needs to be checked. And hire more Phillopinos please! Appriaciate that!
I have never been so disgusted in a Tim’s ever!!!! Bathrooms needed a code yet it was so dirty, broken glass that I stepped on! Toilet paper, garbage , newspaper! I turned around and walked out!!! Disgusting!!!! Never again!!!! Do better!!!

I love this location so much. Every morning before work, I come here.
One girl stands out…Alex. She’s so kind every morning and even knows my order. She gives the kinda service, that all locations should have! This location never disappoints!

Employees needs to learn to how to talk to someone. Very unprofessional. Customers can hear outside people yelling at each other. The latter didn’t even taste right.

Worst unhygienic Tim Hortons, ordered iced coffee through drive through, the lid was stinking, seems to be stored near dustbin, Idk what recipe did they use, it tasted weird, nowhere like coffee, I went in store and on informing they were doubting me, how come stink this that. Then they gave a new one which too was same but I threw it then, because there was no point telling anything.
The team at this location are always courteous and friendly, which is why it's my favourite Tim's location! One of the girls in particular at the first window always remembers my order (orange pekoe tea latte with vanilla syrup!) and takes a moment to say hi without delaying other customers in line. Alex at the pick-up window is friendly and patient - its always a pleasure to see her in the mornings!

This Tim’s isn’t far from where I work and this morning before I went in I ordered a small original coffee with one sweetener and oat milk. I’m a non dairy drinker so I completely understand that SOMETIMES the oat milk can slightly separate in the hot coffees but it usually almost entirely if not completely goes away if you stir the coffee. Today I opened the sip tab on the lid and could see that the milk was in the particle bits and when I took the lid off I was absolutely mortified. This was the most insane thing I have ever seen there was a massive cluster that was moving and turning over in my coffee since it was basically on the brink of boiling in my cup and it was 100% chunks Floating in black coffee there was ZERO combination in the slightest. I absolutely would not drink anything that looks like this and fully believe they used expired milk or non dairy milk in my coffee. If I could upload the full video of this chunk appearing then disappearing I would but here’s a couple screen shots instead. I could even scoop the chunks out with a spoon.
