I come to this location every day Monday - Friday in the morning. My husband and I came here today (Sunday) to get lunch. When we got home my husband opened his turkey bacon club sandwich to add some honey mustard to it and found the lettuce on his sandwich to be covered in black. Looked like the lettuce was mouldy. I checked mine as I got the same thing and mine was also mouldy. I have never had a problem at this location. Hopefully there will be more attention paid to this from now on.

!!!!WORST TIM HORTONS IN THE AREA!!! the customer service is horrible when the workers are being very rude with you. i really disliked the renovation too. the booths were a lot more comfy and not too crowded when you have to sit with your back touching another persons back. honestly disapointed with the staff there, no reason to ignore à customer in need. i tired asking for a bit more ice in my cup and the lady just walked striaght past me. Horrible Horrible experience.

Edit: guys, I don't want anything from your guest care team. Just speed up the service. That's the second time in the last two weeks that I've waited over 20 mins in the drive-thru for a drink or two
im so disappointed of how rude they were to me and my mom today, January 1st 2026. i went in to get myself a 6 pack of donuts and told them that i wanted the biscoff donut with the others and the lady said “you cannot get biscoff” in a rude way. so we nicely told her “why not we got the same pack with biscoff last time and it worked” because we were confused and she kept giving an attitude and being so rude for no reason and said “well yeah maybe that person who took your order was just being nice” so we asked for the manager and he didn’t agree either which is not the issue, the issue is that he was being incredibly RUDE. we asked them to get a refund and asked for the receipt and as we were taking the receipt and tried to leave, the manager followed us and said “hey this is my copy give it back” in the most disrespectful way simply because we didn’t know and took the receipt he gave us.. then he gave us another copy and as we were leaving he was telling the other CUSTOMERS that we didn’t have enough money to get a 1.99$ donut. Like what kind of manager says that and makes fun of his customers? to other costumers too??. I felt like i was being made fun of for something not even true, it’s so upsetting. Worst part is that on the receipt it says the reason of the refund is because we don’t want the order but in fact it was because of their ATTITUDE and service to us. To add, this lady that was working is ALWAYS very rude this isn’t the first bad experience with her, she really has bad manners (says shift 2 cashier, 3pm thursday, jan 1st). Horrible attitude from her and the MANAGER. Very disappointing behaviour and absolutely not professional AT ALL. i’m never coming back to this location ever again and i do not recommend it because they are so rude and their service is terrible. Worst location i have ever been to for tim hortons. **not sure what the managers name is but he was working today on thursday jan 1st around 3:15 pm with the cashier.

Older asian lady is so rude
A horribly slow place to get a coffee. The new kiosk to order what u want like I had done. I ordered a medium coffee and waited around for people in line to get there coffee or food before mine. I was ahead of atleast 6 customers and never got my coffee. Then the other day I tried it again and the scanner for your Tim's reward card wouldn't scan. I had paid for it and asked the cashier and she said oh. Ummmm my manager is busy. I said ok where is she. She is doing drive thru. Ok can u help me. She replied ummmm what does that mean I replied. She said sorry my manager is busy. Now I dont know a lot but u figure if there is an issue with a customer that the manager should be informed and maybe hopefully get it resolved. But no. What a horrible run place. Dont go.

Since management somehow decided to ignore my feedback, here I post it again.
Mostly friendly staff and fast service everytime I go. Been a regular for 15 years.

Until we of my last 3 visits. There is a teenage male kid recently hired. I refrained from ordering inside the store and just use drive through just because of him. This store represents to me something more than fast food spot. But I guess this new hire doesn't care about certain kinds of people. He is getting paid because customers visit this location not the other way around.
First time he just lacked basic customer service nor has the patience to listen to what the guest asks about. Just thought it was a random interaction. We all have bad days.
However,: on Dec 3rd, at around 6.30 pm my wife and myself ordered two drinks and a donut. The same kid on the counter treats some people with a big wide smile and others like they stink. Sadly he treated us, and similar people like we stink.
I believe his biases need to be reviewed. This is not professional.

I ordered on drive thru. They were fast and polite. It took time to find my favorite option, but the stuff was so polite and kind,
He explained to me all my options. And they prepared it so fast and delivered with a nice smile 😃.

The staff inside (Diana) has bad customer service. She looked at me waiting at the cash register and completely ignored me for over five minutes. She knew I was waiting. Then in the middle of taking my order she turned around and talked to her co-worker. This should be addressed. Customers are the priority.
