I ordered on drive thru. They were fast and polite. It took time to find my favorite option, but the stuff was so polite and kind,
He explained to me all my options. And they prepared it so fast and delivered with a nice smile 😃.

The staff inside (Diana) has bad customer service. She looked at me waiting at the cash register and completely ignored me for over five minutes. She knew I was waiting. Then in the middle of taking my order she turned around and talked to her co-worker. This should be addressed. Customers are the priority.

could of been a 5 star but the one old indian cashier is always so rude and never get the right size of the order. Worse part cant even hand in a straw properly and just whip it right on the desk instead of handing it properly and dont even give a single smile. just straight out horrible customer service but whenever she is not the cashier i get a great customer service.

If you have 20 minutes free to sit in a drive thru... this location is for you. I dont know if theres a staffing issue... but regardless I wont be back, and will instead go to locations that respect my time.
Advice... when your customers have to wait for long periods, and you know this, it would be good customer service to see staff acknowledge the long wait, apologize for any inconvenience, and definitely not lead with rudeness. After a very long wait today, I was very surprised to encounter someone at the window who didn't feel the need to apologize or even use common customer service pleasantries like hello, please, or thank you. This person likely sees all customers as sheep, as opposed to as people. To top it off, having just taken a sip of the coffee I received, this does not taste like a double-double... and believe me I know what a double-double from Tim's tastes like. What a disappointing waste of my time and money.

This is all about hygiene specially in the night time, the staff is cleaning the branch and mopping all around inside and serving coffee and food with their same dirty hands and dirty gloves on their hands, they don't even bother to change gloves or wash hands, I bought only one small coffee but returned back at window. Just to say that we are not animals. Please educate your staff.

Spot has 2 drive thru windows but clearly only work one. I pulled up to one lane and no one was there to take my order. After watching 5 customers in a row get served on one side, me and the other car behind me decided to reserve and go to the other lane because it was clear no one was going to take our order on this one. So after this 15min wait and complex reverse I finally get to the window where I can place an order and I ask why no one is working the other speaker to which they replied "oh yeah someone is, they took your order".... No they didn't I had to reverse and go to the other lane to which they replied "are you sure?"...... No apologies for making me wait, instead they tried to gaslight me and tell me that didn't happen.
Just absolutely ridiculous, hopefully they can get some staff members in that know what they are doing
