Very frustrating experience. Online this location shows it closes at 11:00 PM, but when I arrived at 10:25 PM, all the doors were already locked.
I called the store—no answer the first time. The second time, a staff member answered and simply said, “We close at 10:30, ask the customer to cancel the order we don’t have the food required,” with no other explanation or apology.
As a delivery driver, time is extremely important, and inaccurate store hours cause unnecessary delays and lost earnings. Please ensure your posted hours are accurate and that staff handle these situations more professionally.
