Tim Hortons

I visited this location today while I was in the area for work. Unfortunately, the washroom was one of the dirtiest and most unpleasant I have seen at any Tim Hortons.

I understand that the staff may be busy, but maintaining cleanliness—especially in a place that serves food and beverages—is a basic responsibility. Poor hygiene creates a health risk for customers and leaves a very negative impression.

I do appreciate the hard work of the staff, but I would strongly encourage management to pay closer attention to cleanliness and safety standards. This is essential for customer well-being and overall experience.

This one very rough. Always run out of specials donuts. Recently they go 24hr.

The bathroom was open well past midnight. The place is spacious and clean.

Excellent service, all staff are efficient

Worst service and staff vary rude, and never has dark roast coffee ready. When asked for double toasted bagels they came vary lightly toasted. Waited 10min for my mobile order in store pick up.
