I came and ordered hot protein latte and plain croissant with jam butter and single toasted, they gave me burnt croissant even didn’t spread jam butter proper, nd protein latte was fully shit. In this winter weather, we were expecting very good but what we got. I ll never recommended this tim Hortons.

This is our favourite Tim Hortons location in south Mississauga. Great staff and the food and beverages are always fresh and delicious. Very clean, quiet and rarely busy so there is always plenty of seating.

I have never in my life seen customer service this unprofessional. I was handed a timbit wrapped in a random piece of paper like it was some throwaway item. When I politely asked why it was given like that, the staff member — instead of explaining — decided to argue, get confrontational, and raise her voice at me.
She actually started saying “we give timbits like this” in a defensive, aggressive tone and then continued with “come on, go, go” as if I was the problem. Absolutely unbelievable behavior toward a paying customer.
If this is the standard here, it’s genuinely embarrassing. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and zero customer service. Management seriously needs to retrain staff or reconsider who they’re putting at the front. I’m genuinely shocked at how rude and confrontational the interaction was.

We moved into this area just over a year ago and this has become our regular Tim Horton's spot, even though it is not the closest to our house. I can't say the food or coffee are super great, just that we have never been disappointed with the service or the refreshments.

Second time in a row I ordered cappuccino with oat milk and I feel like I'm drinking Boiled mill. There's no flavor of espresso whatsoever. I order same drink everyday from other locations and this particular timhortons cappuccino is the only one that doesn't taste like cappuccino . Don't go to this location.
They change menu often . Not very well stocked with fresh items

Found this in my iced cap. Absolutely disgusting! Repulsive honestly.. No idea if this is floss or what.. but I was ready to vomit. Once I called them to let them know, they showed no sense of remorse. More just shook it off. I will never be back to this location. Absolutely embarrassing and disgusting

Went in for a quick coffee. Ordered 2 hot chocolates for me and my friend. Probably Tim have forgotten how to make coffees cause it was the second time within one month, I went to 2 different Tim Hortons in 2 very different cities and both of them were just hot waters! Horribly made coffee. Not sure why you are keeping all this coffee shops in every corner if you can't make simple coffees properly!
