I do not care about your drive thru times or how fast I get my order when all I receive is disappointment. Got my breakfast combo ridiculously fast this morning and the biscuit wasn't toasted at all! Not even a bit of color on it! And my biggest pet peeve is when there are NO NAPKINS in the bag! They are in such a hurry to get you through because of their own selfish wants that they slack on maintaining the most basic of standards. Someone getting hot food should automatically get napkins. Period. And is the toaster broken? Why am I even trying to reason? It's all pure selfishness. They are being praised or rewarded if they get good drive thru times. Shame.
