Drive thru is always backed up probably the worst tims in the area.

After a long day at work, I stopped here for a chicken wrap and a latte. The team was still cheerful even late in the evening, which I appreciate — you can tell they care about what they do. One of the staff even made me laugh when she joked about how I always order something ‘extra saucy.’ Clean place, great service, fresh food even at night.”

You need to install a mirror on the exit of your drive thru. You're causing road rage incidents with the lack of visibity to exiting vehicles.

I usually go through drive thru. The girl who took my order at the speaker was amazing, her voice was so welcoming and friendly and this not very common. Some Tim Hortons are in rush. But these girls always listen patiently and my order is always accurate.

I tried sugar free vanilla iced latte. It was so good. I love the new design of this store. It was cozy. The girls working over here know me and they are so friendly and they know my order as well. I come over here very often.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this Tim Hortons lately but their service has drastically dropped. The drive thru takes super long if you go during the day and even longer at night I guess when they have only 2 people working. This used to be a great time Hortons with speedy service. Not sure what’s going on

I had a very disappointing experience with Parneet at Tim Hortons. I ordered a large Refill cup, but she only filled about three-quarters of it and insisted that it was the correct amount. When I complained, she just added a little more as if I was begging for it, which felt very disrespectful. I also reported the issue, but no one took any action. This is not the level of service I expect from Tim Hortons
