I recently visited the Meadowvale Tim Hortons and was extremely disappointed by the experience. The staff were not only rude and ignorant, but they also showed a complete lack of customer service. When I, as a paying customer, requested a correction to my order, they argued with me and refused to accommodate my request. It was appalling to see such unprofessional behavior.
I ordered a bagel and asked them to make it according to my preferences. Not only did they fail to do so, but then they add insult to injury, "re do it" and its the still not prepared correctly. It's making a bagel. How hard can this be?
Additionally, the staff at this location seem incapable of properly stirring coffee or making tea. About 98% of the time, my order is incorrect. When I ask for corrections, they argue and display a complete lack of listening skills. This disregard for customer satisfaction is extremely frustrating.
The drive-thru experience is equally disappointing. The staff don't greet customers, shove items and the debit machine in your face, and fail to say thank you. Their rude, ignorant, and disrespectful behavior, especially towards seniors, is unacceptable. Tim Hortons as a company should be embarrassed by the conduct of the staff at this location.
It's clear that the employees at this store do not care about their customers. I strongly recommend that Tim Hortons take immediate action to address these issues. The entire staff should be replaced with individuals who understand the value of customer service and respect.
As a Canadian company, Tim Hortons should uphold high standards of service and care. This location is a disgrace to the brand.

Terrible lack of seating. The new “renovations “ actually decreased availability of seating , defying logic ??? We’ve dropped in several times and have had to get breakfast / lunch to go , rather than dining in as intended … so we’ve started going to the McDonald’s across the street, which has plenty of seating and parking.

Feedback: Incorrect Order
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location. My order was incorrect - I requested a breakfast sandwich with sausage on an English muffin, but received an egg and cheese sandwich on a biscuit instead.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered issues with order accuracy at this location. As a loyal customer, I've wasted a significant amount of money due to these mistakes.
I hope you'll take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Went to the drive-through at 5:50 AM this morning ordered a tea and two donuts took them three minutes to even answer my order I pull up to the drive-through and three of the employees are standing around in a circle talking instead of taking care of me finally and my drink and one donut because they couldn’t listen to the order Mind you it was an empty drive through

Really bad coffee everytime I've gone here, the employees are rude, the food tastes bad and is often cold. Don't waste your time coming here, they spent tons of money on renovating the place but probably should used it to train their employees better.

8:25 am Sunday Nov 03/24 a drive through simple order sm coffe 2oatmilk, sesame bagel toasted w/butter. I received a burnt bagel No butter, coffee with regular milk. This is the best place to throw away your money and spoil your morning food.

I'm so disappointed to the service, I guess your people need more training before putting into the service, do I have to repeat myself couple times, still you give me an wrong orders and missing some food. The reason we come to the drive thru is because we are rushing,
Wasting our time coz we need to come inside to correct it, literally you guys not nice and acting rude people. but because of your service that we don't know if you guys are listening or not??? We got late, missing food, plus TO BAD experience, serving food, and COLD like just out from the freezer. I'm very disappointed. The manager doesn't know how to give a competition. He just looked at me like nothing happened.
