Upon entering with my young son, we were not greeted or acknowledged by the staff member at the front counter, who had her back turned to us while assisting another customer. No eye contact, “good morning,” or any form of engagement occurred during the initial several minutes. After waiting over five minutes, a second staff member emerged from the back and finally provided service. At that point, we were informed that this location does not offer lunch meals or sandwiches, contrary to what we had expected or assumed based on the brand/menu. As a result, we were unable to make a purchase and left the premises. While I understand staffing and menu variations can occur, the complete lack of basic customer acknowledgment and engagement contributed to a disappointing visit, especially when traveling with a child. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the customer experience at this location. Thank you for your attention.

No one is ever at the counter. It's constantly dirty. If you try to order Uber Eats from here, forget it. They will either substitute items they should have or just not add them at all. The last order the coffee was leaking from the cup seam, cold and missing sugar. They didn't use the correct bagels or cut the ones they sent. They're always missing items. One order, all that came was the coffee and the entire lunch order was missing. They didn't correct the order with Uber, they'll leave it up to you while you still pay for delivery and tip. If you're desperate for a coffee and you're in front of the one staff member, they'll at least get the coffee right. It was an excellent idea to place a Tim's in a Rabba; actually brilliant. If you don't run it right though... what's the point? You end up bleeding over the bad service to the host store and people won't want to shop at the Rabba either.

This is a small Tim Hortons at the back of the Rabba convenience store at Lakeshore Rd E and Caven St. I usually stop here for a coffee and a snack when I'm in the area. Service is always friendly and quick. A tip: if you want something more and don't want to wait (per the other reviews), the full Time Hortons restaurant is a couple of blocks away.

The chemicals and overall garbage they put in their food today is appalling. Half their ingredients are banned in other parts of the world, how they can classify it as food is outrageous. Reconsider before purchasing from a large corporation.
