Out of sausage? Have yet to go to a tim hortons where they dont tell me they are out of something thats a very common menu item and they told me they were out of it AFTER i already had paid common sense says he would check before I HAD PAID the fall off of tim hortons needs to be studied and i got a bacon mcmuffin instead because he had offered i opened it to find a sliver of an english muffin for the slice and barely any bacon.

I used to come every signal day here , staff was amazing but one of the staff name is Karam she is worst for the business, and she works on Wednesday morning today this thing happens at 11:50 am I ordered a drink with espresso and coco powder she charged me and while making my drink she ask other staff where she put coco powder the staff doesn’t bother and she didn’t get it and right away she said i don’t have have and misbehave attitude she give it to me please its a humble request for you to take care as your others staff knows me very well. Thanks

Plz tell me why it took them 10 mins to START making my farmers wrap I was the only one there and starts making drinks for the people after me like I’m not standing there for 10 mins
On top of that they made the wrap way smaller.

Why ? The employees way of handling food (donuts in my case ) is not according to procedure. You are supposed to use white sheet to put donuts in bag. You were wearing a glove making breakfast with same , carrying trays and putting donuts in bag. The manager should take a look. Hygiene is a big thing. This happened lot of times , this case is at Sunday morning at 8:40.

Service is fast, stuff is polite. The location is inside the RABBA grocery store that is good if you need to buy more food.
Parking: Location is convenient, just on your way.

This place is very close to where I work. Since they opened, almost every order is wrong! The staff seems to have no training, they are in a mess and don't know what to do! The double double is watery, and they only put one portion of cream in three portions. And so on!

This location continues to have only 1 employee in the morning. It makes it seriously innefficient and on many occasions customers storm out in frustration. The owner needs to have 2 people working in the morning for better service. I feel bad for the employees.
