I ordered coffee and a chicken wrap. I got coffee right away and the girls forgot to make wrap When people behind me got served I inquired about my order after 15 min and the girl didn't say anything, then she made the wrap and put it in front of me and didn't say anything. No sorry, no thanks. These girls needs to be trained in customer service.

I visited on January 3rd around 11:30 PM. I ordered three drinks: two medium London Fogs and one medium white hot chocolate chai tea bag. The London Fog was cold, and I don’t know why. I know it comes from the machine, but it was really cold. Maybe they made it in a hurry due to their closing time. I spent money on it, and it felt like a total waste. Please don’t judge or provide any explanations. I know you steam milk for lattes, but my order was really cold. 😡

We ordered 3 coffee last night , the worker over there named Priya was very rude and unfriendly . Also the service was very delayed and poor. We understood the situation that sometimes its very difficult to deal with every costumer right away , we had to wait too long to place the order, but instead of listening us she behaved rudely and ignored us . Please address to the problem. They must be taught how to deal with the customers.
I have visited this Tim Hortons location several times to order a Turkey Bacon Club sandwich, which I really enjoy. However, my experience with the staff has been disappointing. I often feel disrespected when I struggle with pronunciation, as some staff members smile, laugh, or comment to each other about my difficulty. This behavior is unprofessional and makes me feel unwelcome. I hope the management will address this issue and provide better customer service in the future, as everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of language barriers.
