I just went through the drive-thru and ordered one garlic bread, one hashbrown on the side, and a plain croissant (extra grilled with butter). When I got home, I realized the hashbrown was missing from my order even though I was charged for it. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one picked up. Very disappointing service — please check your orders properly and answer customer calls.

Very disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a bagel toasted with butter, but instead I was given one with sauce, which completely ruined the taste. It seemed like the staff were not paying attention or didn't care about accuracy. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here poor customer service and careless preparation seem to be a pattern. Definitely not coming back to this location if things don’t improve.

I have been to this place almost from past 2 years and always find it so welcoming. I want to give a special thanks to Rupinder. She is always very friendly and helpful. She serves everyone with a smile. Everyone is very friendly here.
I ordered coffee and a chicken wrap. I got coffee right away and the girls forgot to make wrap When people behind me got served I inquired about my order after 15 min and the girl didn't say anything, then she made the wrap and put it in front of me and didn't say anything. No sorry, no thanks. These girls needs to be trained in customer service.
