Early flight and this girl at counter - maybe a trainee and or not fully awake herself - seemed unfamiliar with (and didn’t care about) the menu nor their POS well. Despite everything else, the medium latte i eventually received was lighter than usual as it was 2/3 full and 1/3 went to foam which made me wonder what cappuccino would be like by that standard… 🤷‍♀️

I am consistently disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. What is particularly concerning is that the manager also appears to lack proper customer service skills. This pattern of poor service reflects negatively on the establishment and needs to be addressed.

This one is the worst tim hortons i have ever been to. Staff was rude and wasn't listening to orders. One particular staff shivangi sethi , she was the worst. This store need to change their staff.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your location, which unfortunately was quite disappointing. I understand that this particular Tim Hortons is often very busy, however, I believe that good customer service should never be compromised.

During my visit yesterday, I was treated in an unprofessional and discourteous manner, particularly by an older lady at the front counter. Her behavior came across as rude and dismissive, which left me feeling disrespected as a customer.

I kindly suggest that staff be provided with additional training on customer service and hospitality. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy the store may be.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the service standards at this location.

Very bad experience, they don’t know how to make a simple coffee, it’s like you are drinking hot water. I didn’t wanna post this but this is not the first time it happened. Last time, I bought a farmer’s sandwich and the hash browns were so cold as it was sitting there for hours. Worst experience.

Update: I managed to get a response... they gave me enough reward points for a cup of coffee or tea.... pretty sure my dry sandwiches cost more than that....

Original Post: Bought the ham and cheese sandwich and the turkey sandwich and there was no mayonnaise in it and the bread was beyond dry and the lettuce wilted! This was at the Pearson International Airport, btw. Wrong location listed.

First of all I’m clearly DISABLED! only 1 other person in line. The staff was rude and when I was having trouble holding my coffee and set it down at the counter to get a better grip I was told to move out of the way?????? I wasn’t even at a closed cash and only 1 person behind me. If you’re disabled do yourself a favor and stay away from Tim hortons at gate 66! Nobody with disability deserves to be treated like trash to kick out of the way. Go on google and see the huge amounts of dissatisfied customers.

At the airport so a bit chaotic. They need to place more Tim's there. My gate only had Starbucks. I love Tim's. Unfortunately there are none at Gate A. I did not have enough time to go off and look for the closest Tim's. No Tim's where I was going.

I liked this Tim Hortons for its convenience in the airport in Terminal 1...located in the arrivals hall, it's basically an area that is quite busy with foot traffic both for arriving passengers and airport workers.

Nice pick me up restaurant for your doughnuts, coffee and breakfast meals to go or dine in...it's comfortable, clean and well laid out...my timbits was lovely with a variety of flavors to choose from along with coffee...it's 24 hours of operation makes it an ideal place to relax for in between flights.
