I ordered a croissant with extra butter, but there was no butter, and it was grilled and cold. The staff was rude, and the service was very poor. This was my fourth visit, and every time the experience has been bad. Very disappointing service.

What a horrible horrible place. I was there earlier today and there were three ladies. 2 of
Them did not have name tags. One of their names was Veer. They were being rude to every customer. When it got to my turn they asked me “why I was waiting there”, I said I was waiting on my food to which the lady who didn’t have a name tag responded and said “well your order is big and I’m working on it”. I said “I’m waiting patiently, you’re the one who asked me”. I then got
My food and my bagel was not warmed so I went back nicely and asks if she could warm it. The lady without a name tag says “I’m busy making other peoples food and you can wait for the cashier”. At this point I was so aggravated that I asked to
Speak to a manager and she responds “the manager isn’t here”. I asked how I get in touch with a manager and she responds and says “I don’t know”. I asked her name and she wouldn’t give it to
Me. Then veer and a third lady without a name tag came over and said they would call a manager. I know service jobs are hard but there’s no
Reason to be mean to EVERY CUSTOMER. I don’t recommend this place.

I’ve already reached out to corporate so don’t bother with your generic response acting like you care.

Their service was soo slow and efficient. These girls just chat away and take their own sweet time. They don’t even bother to customize my coffee table hi h I’ve asked. Got my farmers wrap wrong as well.

They messed up a farmers wrap order. First gave me someone else's order. I went back to the gate and opened the pack and found out it was someone elses. Went back and the woman yelled at me that why did you take someone elses order.ni told her you gave me in my hand and said it was my order. She then gave me another bag. I Came back to the gate. Took a bite and found out it had sausage in it. We do not eat meat!! went back and no one bothered to even apologise and finally got my egg and cheese wrap after 3 tries. Horrible service

I’ve worked at Tim Hortons for years, and they don’t even know how to make a simple iced latte. When I politely told them there was too much milk, they started making fun of me, saying “it comes with milk.” The girl was extremely rude. If you want to ruin your mood, get your morning coffee from here.

On November 3rd at around 16:40, I had an unpleasant experience at your Tim Hortons location in Terminal 1. I ordered two coffees and one croissant using the counter device. After waiting about 10 minutes, the staff told me to wait another 5 minutes because the coffee beans had not yet been ground.

When they finally gave me my order, I only received the coffees. They told me that the croissant was not in my order, even though I had clearly selected it. The staff’s behavior was dismissive and unprofessional, and I felt very uncomfortable with how they handled the situation.

If the device used for ordering is not working properly, it should not be in service. I was shocked and disappointed by this experience, and I hope management takes action to ensure better customer service in the future.

I ordered a bacon grilled wrap, and it ends up a pricier farmer's wrap, I told them to correct but they say it just costed 40 cents more. Worst Tim Horton I have ever been to.
