I ordered a bacon grilled wrap, and it ends up a pricier farmer's wrap, I told them to correct but they say it just costed 40 cents more. Worst Tim Horton I have ever been to.

They don't do the app, they don't do cold brews, and they don't smile, either. If our visitors visit this Tim Horton upon arrival, they probably will not want to visit another Tim Horton while on vacation. This is a very poor impression and welcome to Canada. I understand this is a busy place, but a smile and a thank you goes a long way and isn't all that time consuming.

They donot even deserve one star as the staff was extremely rude they charge is for vanilla yogurt which we did not even order. When I ask for receipt she gave me one which has no details that what they charge for and on second time she have me original receipt when I question why I got charged more she refund me money woth so much attitude like it was my fault. Hashbrown were really old and hard we were unable to chew them. They made the sandwiches like they are serving animals not humans. Just a request to owner to place take any action regarding this behavior of you staff as people are paying for their food they are not getting it for free from them. This is the first time I feel extremely disappointed from tim hortons. Extremely horrible experience. We literally throw the whole food they made for us as it was unheathy, unhygienic and served like they are making it for animals.

They never have lactose free milk. Tryed to get coffee 10 times, failed 10 tot.

Had a strange and needlessly aggressive interaction where the employee charged me for 2 coffees (almost 10 dollars) when I only ordered one. My card was already poised above the card machine so it already tapped and paid by the time I noticed the price. I pointed this out pretty calmly thinking it wasn’t a big deal and would just get a simple refund. But then the employee immediately rolls their eyes and aggressively says “you said two coffees!” and repeated as such to her manager, and instead of refunding me they just told me to grab another drink from the fridge. I pointed out that I’m travelling alone so I clearly did not need or ask for two coffees. I remained pretty polite despite her attitude, so for her to blame and escalate like that was childish and bizarre. It’s been a long travel day so I didn’t have the time or energy to quibble over 5 dollars, but it put a damper on an already exhausting day.

You end up waiting forever because the staff work extremely slowly — almost in slow motion. There are no milk alternatives like oat, soy, or almond — an absolute no-go. When I asked if they had a milk alternative, the response was unfriendly.

Tell me why there are 7 employees working and it still took me about 40 minutes to place an order and receive 2 drinks and a donut? The line was originally moving quite smoothly as there were 3 cashiers. Why did 2 of the cashiers from the non express line, leave the register to make drinks very slowly? What are the other people in the back doing except chatting.
I understand it is very early in the morning (8AM) and it is difficult to manage everything at once this early, but we all should be respectful of everyone’s time especially since it was evidently well staffed.

Herb and garlic bread is served cold, not warm. Staff HINA P is rude and doesn't even know much much hot chocolate will cost when asked.

I like most people would like to order Tim Hortons from the average worker with a smile on their face and or a polite attitude at best like I have gotten my entire life. However when I wanted to order I changed the order once and was greeted with a snarky attitude and an upset worker expressively throwing her hands around upset . Believe me I have worked in customer service for numerous years and would never treat any worker with disrespect and I understand what it’s like to have unpleasant customers however I myself and girlfriend were the furthest from that. I understand people have long days but we all do too, there’s no excuse to frown at us upon a simple request. Will NOT be coming back!
