Stopped by this to place a order waited for 10 minutes on drive thru and couldn't even get order right, I always enjoyed going to Tim Horton never had a issues but after this morning never coming here again

I'm an executive in the food industry. I came to Mississauga at the request of a sister company of my own for two weeks of work. In my time here, I've been to the Tim Horton’s located at 475 Courtneypark Dr E in Mississauga twice. Each time I ordered a Sausage Farmers wrap combo. Tim Horton’s clearly defines a Farmer’s Wrap “combo” as including the wrap, a hash brown and a drink. On both occasions, I received the Farmer’s Wrap and the drink but not the hash brown. When I enquired as to why I was not receiving what I ordered, I was told ‘it didn’t come with a hash brown’ and ‘you got a doughnut’. I had bought the doughnut separately. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told they weren’t there, and I could try back later if I wanted to. It’s easy to understand that Tim Horton’s is a very large, billion-dollar company. However, this behavior is extremely poor customer service and is not an excuse for the way customers are being treated as. I hope that I’m mistaken however, I believe I’m likely not the first customer to have this experience at this Courtneypark Dr location.
I recommend avoiding this location when ever possible. I also recommend that the Tim Horton’s executives in charge of quality control for the area of Mississauga look deeper into this locations’ customer service practices.
As Tim Horton’s is a Canadian Icon known throughout the world, it’s unfortunate to know that this low level of service is seemingly becoming a common practice.
