Its sad how these people cant even properly deliver orders in one of the easiest work field area in Canada.

If I get chance to give -1 I would give that few days ago I got bagel from drive through it was burnt totally from inside I specially went to their store and they told me maybe you asked for double toasted.. it was not even double toasted it was burnt..
Again same thing happens today I got potato wedges and it was burnt and cold totally.
I think I always trust them and waste my money at that store.

I went to get an ice cap with my brother and they didn’t mix it well in the first time then I asked them to do it again but it still wasn’t mixed well and the caffeine wasn’t a lot but js the cream on top, also the supervisor was very rude to the new worker and it js made me annoyed because the new worker was the only one working instead of the women who was rude

I went to get an iced Capp with my sister and they didn’t mix it well the first time, so I asked them to do it again and they did which was kind but it still wasn’t mixed and I could taste the caffeine and the cream that were not mixed well. Also the manager was really rude to another employee and it just really annoyed me to see her try and work so hard for us but she’s just getting bossed around like she doesn’t matter.

Always gets my order wrong in the drive-thru. Always.
Last week I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a Brookie. Got to work and realized they gave me something that was not a Brookie even though they verbally confirmed my order before paying and giving it to me. I got to work noticed the error then drove back and told them because they were making a habit of not making orders correctly.
The lady at the front responded with “oh”. Not “sorry” or even attempting to acknowledge their error, just “oh, here” and gave me the Brookie that was sitting on the counter I’m assuming from when they realized they made a mistake.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Update on this: I decided to go back once more despite the number of times I've been let down at this location. Bad idea as I just bit into a plastic wrapper of some sort that was in my Sesame bagel with Cream Cheese and plastic apparently.

Too much of homeless and they smells bad
This Tim Hortons has been my favorite coffee spot for years! The coffee is always fresh, the donuts are delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. It’s the perfect place for a morning pick-me-up or a cozy break during the day!
Being located in the gas station, it has limited options late at night. Person working the counter was really nice.

I believe that updating these listening devices could greatly improve the overall customer experience at Tim's Hortons. By investing in modern technology for order-taking, you can enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and ultimately, enhance customer satisfaction. Don't be a cheap owner upgrade your equipment and staff training.

Staff is so rude. They dont even listen to you if they took wrong order. They will blame you for no reason and sardar boy at drive thru, he is so rude.
