On multiple occasions, I have encountered difficulties when placing orders through your drive-thru or at the counter. It appears that the listening devices used by your staff may not be up to date or functioning properly. This has led to misunderstandings and errors in my orders, resulting in frustration and inconvenience.
I believe that updating these listening devices could greatly improve the overall customer experience at Tim's Hortons. By investing in modern technology for order-taking, you can enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and ultimately, enhance customer satisfaction. Don't be a cheap owner upgrade your equipment and staff training.

Staff is so rude. They dont even listen to you if they took wrong order. They will blame you for no reason and sardar boy at drive thru, he is so rude.
Location a little tricky to get into depending on where you enter from. Coofe is good.
This location needs a no loitering policy!! Went there to meet friends for coffee and could not find a place to sit. Instead found 4 people at 4 different tables sleeping or watching loud videos on their phones without having purchased anything!!!!! Terrible atmosphere, ashamed to invite out of town friends here. I heard the Oshawa Tim's actually closed their dine in section for the same reason. Wouldn't it make more sense to enforce a no loitering rule?

Tim Horton which doesn’t accept Tim Horton gift cards
Bought a medium coffee and asked an extra empty cup, got told it’s extra charge.

They kept me waiting for long. The employees were rude and when I confronted them on the delay they made me a drink which did not taste like a vanilla latte at all.There is another Tim in the next plaza, visit that one. This is the third time I visited the place and this time also the drink was messed up. Spoilt my morning!!!! Total waste of money!!!!!

I work near this location so I go atleast a couple times a week in the mornings. The lady at the window is so kind and works super fast but the order takers are sooooooo slow, ever since they reopened after renovations they are beyond slow taking orders, you will sit in your car FOREVER waiting to move up for them to take your order it’s horrible.

The lady gini and her manager were very unprofessional. They don’t know how to deal customer. The manager was screaming at me. I ordered cheese tea biscuit with butter. She touched the biscuits with her bear hands. If these things are done by the manager then what can i expect from their team members. She don’t even deserve to be a team member she don’t know how to touch the food. Also they were talking in their own language. They both were extreamly bad. They reuined my whole day. Extreame bad experience.
Very dirty atmosphere outside of the restaurant. They need to have more garbage bins within the parking lot and hire a clean service

The drive thru is really inconsistent. Sometimes the service is quick but more often it’s really slow. I understand it can get busy during peak times, but while one line is flying through, and in the other one the attendant isn’t even taking orders, it can be frustrating for the customers as well. A lot of times I’ve gotten the wrong order too but I don’t complain because I don’t want to hassle anyone. I won’t be going here anymore. I’d rather go to the McDonald’s nearby because even though they’re busy, their drive thru is way better. Sorry Timmies
