Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons on Sandalwood and Kennedy is pretty good. The staff are always friendly and really quick. Every time I've been there the food has always been fresh.

Infamous for the long line up, service depends on who you got , the one who took our order was rude and careless, however , the one who handed out food was friendly. Food was ok.
Go there only If you really need food from Tim Hortons, otherwise there are other options in the terminal.

I visited the airport in the morning and went to tim to place an order, but they were out of grilled items, toasters, bagels, and even the Quenchers.Additionally, I was unable to scan for points at that time, even though it was 9 AM.

Tim’s is pretty predictable, the coffee and donut were as expected. But the service and attitude of the employees is terrible.

They actually found a way to wreck tim bits. They are now just sticky cooked flour. So plain. Waste of money. Global company has ruined this chain for many years, but keeps getting worse. So sad.

After spending $4 of my money on some fine Canadian bean water, I was treated to some fine Canadian bad attitude after asking for a cup of water. Sorry for being a customer, won't be coming here again.

Yo , There’s a girl at this spot she’s a punjabi girl 5.6,5.7 height. I know her very well and i know her name too. Am not writing her name just for her job insecurity. She’s now don’t wanna do her job properly. One day i asked her 2,3 things she said they don’t have it . Then i ordered something else and she replied in her fake English accent which was not suiting her. That you took a so long for just 2 things. Yo you are just doing your job and for food am paying. Toady just a 5 minutes ago , i bought this coffee 2c 4sugar and she didn’t make it well . So , you know who i am i know who u are . Next time do your job properly. If you don’t know how to work at tim so you better look for warehouse packaging. Next time am gonna complaint your name at HMS-BANMORE . So you better start doing your job properly.

The lady making the sandwiches right now, 10am on 1november has Avery poor hygiene.

Using gloves and then with same gloves she is doing all other store tasks… grabbing egg without using any tongs… if you want to fall sick, then you should definitely eat here.

@timhortons, shame on you for maintaining this poor quality and store hygiene.

F Gate Tim Hortons purposefully doesn't charge you the combo prices and instead overcharges each item as a single item so you're paying more. On top of the airport extra charges. Also servers are rude. Avoid if possible.
