I love Tim Hortons! Relocated from Michigan to Newnan Ga. Ms.Kendra is a wonderful person to have in your work establishment. Ms. Kendra she goes the extra mile to make sure you are well served. I appreciate your team of employees at your Newnan location.

Paid for mocha Iced cappuccino, and it didn’t have the whipped cream on top. I asked for a refund. Horrendous staff couldn’t help me. Walked away disgusted that I got scammed at Pearson airport terminal 1. Doesn’t leave a good impression for travellers of a Canadian icon. Yeah it’s petty, but the staff working there have no curtesy or sense of awareness how to deal with complaints. One star for negative effort

I’ve been dismayed in recent years by the decline of many Tim Hortons locations, but this Amherst restaurant really impressed me. It was spotless, the staff were cheerful, the service was efficient, and the coffee tasted just like I remember from years ago.

As a Canadian boomer, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a clean, efficient, and pleasant place to enjoy coffee and socialize. This location nailed it. Well done to the staff—you’ve restored some of my faith in Tim Hortons!

We went to the Tim Hortons at Park Royal in West Vancouver and ordered food in person, but unfortunately, the staff had no idea what was included in the special offer. No matter what we chose, they said it was over $8.99. In the end, we had to pay the full price without any discount. I'm truly disappointed with Tim Hortons for not sending clear instructions to their branches.-Aug 20-time: 18:15

I'm taking the position to boycott Tim Hortons.
As for the products the bagels are seldom fresh and they think toasting stale bagels trick customers in thinking they're fresh! I'm fed up with the different degrees of freshness of the donuts purchased at the same time and location. I'm tired of repeating my order over and over again, hoping I get exactly as my ordered and not having to return to reprimand the staff. Unfortunately, I'm in the opinion that the misunderstanding is due to employee accents and an indifference to customer service. Which brings me to the last complaint - where is the diversity in Tim Horton's employees?

I picked up a large steeped tea at the drive through. When I was drinking it I found a napkin in the cup!!! I am very upset!! How disgusting!!!

Happy going to this Tim Horton’s on Keefer St. In Vancouver over the last 10 years, the staff has gotten to know my order, I’m unable to describe my Orange Pekoe tea order on the app as I only require/need one tea bag for my large cup but the staff know immediately it’s me and they make my drink exactly how I like it. It’s appreciated that they do this so I don’t have to spend extra time removing one of the bags. I can enjoy my drink without any hassles.

Their menus flash up for like a minute or so not long enough to read. Then none of their staff seem to speak English so you can't even describe what you want. I am so fed up with getting screwed up stuff, I won't go back again
