I ordered iced coffee with espresso foam on top, expecting the real, creamy finish. Instead, they put ON TOP® Soft Whip Pourable Topping (a cheap, artificially flavored sweet cream) and tried to pass it off as espresso foam. When I asked about it, the staff insisted it was espresso foam – which is completely false. This is misleading to customers. Espresso foam comes naturally from freshly brewed coffee – not from a pre-made, sugary topping that tastes nothing like it. It ruins the drink, makes it overly sweet and artificial, and is not what was advertised. If Tim Hortons can’t provide actual espresso foam, they shouldn’t lie to customers or use a product that clearly states “Soft Whip Pourable Topping – Naturally Flavoured Sweet Cream.”
Extremely disappointed. Feels dishonest, low-quality, and not worth the money.

The girls at the window are always super rude and after 5pm they never have ANY food, for a 24H Tim Hortons it’s embarrassing that I can’t even get donuts in the evening. To top it all off, absolutely pathetic customer service.
