As usual, great coffee
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. I ordered a dark roast coffee around 9:30 PM. They told me it was brewing and asked me to wait 3 minutes. I waited, got my coffee, and went home.
The moment I tasted it, it was disgusting — it literally tasted like detergent. Not just bad — chemically strong and completely undrinkable. This is a serious health risk.
I drove all the way back to the store, receipt in hand, to report the issue and ask them to check the coffee. Instead of taking my concern seriously, the manager — who introduced herself as or was called Kamlah — blamed me. She had the nerve to say, “You didn’t get this coffee from here.”
Seriously? Over a coffee that costs less than $2, I’m being treated like I’m lying?
She didn’t even ask for my receipt at first — just jumped straight to denial and attitude. Eventually, she made another coffee — but used the same cup — and guess what? Same disgusting chemical smell.
This isn’t just bad service. This is irresponsible, disrespectful, and dangerous. The equipment clearly needs to be checked, and the staff needs proper training on how to handle real customer concerns. I will not be returning to this location and I hope higher management takes this seriously — before someone gets sick.

Just save yourself the time and go to another location if needed. 5-7 minutes per customer including 3 minutes repeating your order. seems like their mic never works
Literally just paid for a double stacked breakfast sandwich and realized when I left I received a bacon only. The double stacked does cost more as well. And this is not the first time at this location I paid for a higher value meal and received something lesser. Sandwich was poorly made as well. Very cold
The service is often very slow. I usually have to wait a long time, and some of the staff don’t seem very active. I think things could be better if they worked a bit faster and paid more attention to customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. This is the second time I’ve had an issue here. The first time, I ordered an iced coffee with espresso foam on top, but instead of the foam being on top as requested, it was completely mixed into the coffee. When I asked for it to be fixed, the staff outright told me they couldn’t do anything about it. This is unacceptable, especially since other branches have no problem preparing it correctly.
Today, however, was the breaking point. On my way to work, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. When I finally sat down to eat it at work, I found it was just a plain toasted bagel with no cream cheese at all. This kind of carelessness is frustrating.
I understand it can get busy, but the quality of food and customer service should never be compromised. Tim Hortons is known for these things, yet this branch seems to fall short every time. Please address these issues because the service here is, by far, the worst I’ve experienced.

Everything is good but Drive thru service is mostly take 20 or more . Don’t enter if you are in hurry
This is one of the good and clean locations. The food was as expected nice and hot, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. There is plenty of parking and there is also a drive through.

Worst customer service ever ,waited more than 15 minutes in line for a medium tea.
And when I asked the girl,she was so lazy and said in night theres only one person.
I would recommend to Hire some more employees at night time to fasten the process.
