Just another Tim Hortons.

Waiting time is so long, they just give priority to the drive through. Walk in is always full of customers but they don’t care. Dissatisfied.

Service is too low quality no one can here for order we are waiting for to give order

The staff is very arrogant and rude. I went to this tim hortons drive thru this morning . I was not even finished ordering and the staff member told me to drive up. Even i keep saying i wanna order more and when i went to the window and told them about that they were not ready to accept their mistake and even they were blaming me. I am also working at times hortons as a supervisor but i will never do this to my guests.
I am very disappointed in the service. Staff was very rude and arrogant. Additionally they put a lot of sugar in my coffee, i think the dispensers needs to calibrated as well.
Overall, this was my worst experience at tim hortons ever jn the past 2 years.

The female Asian teenager that says " what can I get for you " is awesome always friendly, polite and smiles give her a raise!

I visit this location and my experience was so good. The new manager is so cooperative. I ordered a steep tea but I got a coffee so she immediately replaced my drink and offered me something as a compliment so I love this location and would love to visit again.

Not a good experience. Staff is not friendly. If you want to change your coffee they give you sugar instead of replacing it .

Today, at this tims, I placed an order for steep tea and 2 croissants. They just gave me coffee, and I waited for croissants for at least 20 mins and girl just kept saying just a moment every time I asked for it. So I left without the food. So unprofessional.
