I visit this location and my experience was so good. The new manager is so cooperative. I ordered a steep tea but I got a coffee so she immediately replaced my drink and offered me something as a compliment so I love this location and would love to visit again.
I ordered bagels toasted with butter, jam, cream’s cheese and I was told to wait in parking as I was in drive through. Then a car came out of drive through and parked beside me. After a few minutes an employee came out and gave car beside me their order and said ‘your bagels’. After another 1-2 mnts I went inside as I was running late from work. Employees were still packing my bagels in bag. I understand if order is big or small, that may effect to cars waiting in parking...
