Every time I go through the drive-thru, the woman working there is consistently rude. She never says hello or thank you, and always comes across as aggressive and impatient. There’s zero customer service or basic courtesy, and it makes the entire experience really unpleasant.

A rat ran straight into a hole in the side of their building while I was standing there. I told the manager — she couldn’t even speak English and snapped at me for “holding up the queue” after barely 3 minutes. Health hazard and zero accountability. Avoid this place at all costs.
