Went to the Derry Road/Terragar location in Mississauga this morning. Despite the TH app indicating the take-out/counter service was open 24 hours, the doors of this location were locked at 5am. Not sure if this is a daily occurrence but pay attention if you need counter service that early in the morning. (I wasn't able to get breakfast).

The lady on cash is rude. My scan did not work & I told her the bot said to give number and they will feed but she flatly refused, did not try nor make an effort to ask the manager. Last time I said extra hot but it was not and food too not hot. Coffee it seemed like it was made hours early tasting More water with coffee beans fragrance.

The veggie cilantro lime Wrap was cold, not fresh, the rice in it was brittle, plus it was not having any sauce in it. The croissant was too cold even though I told them I needed it to be heated with butter in it. I almost got choked while eating this Croissant! Never going to this location at 8-9 pm.(Drive through experience only have one window for pay and pick)
