The staff is very rude😡. I order at 7 pm i order french vanilla and everything bagel . When i gone to take my order i got only french vanilla and i am standing there about 15 min and then i ask a girl that where is my bagel then she saying me in Punjabi in very rude language that i am will not give or make your bagel just go away.i am saying that in my receipt there is everything bagel too then she said me that we are not having that then she give me another different one bagel i am so hungry and getting late from my work then i just get that i didn’t say nothing . I am very disappointed with that behaviour.

There was a old punjabi lady who prepare tge my coffee was so rude and I ordered medium size brown sugar iced latte with less ice and she gave me coffee either only 2 ice cube when i asked her she said it is our standard. Then she said it was your first time to have this coffee which is so rude to say.Any tim does have standard of only 2 iced cube for less iced and then with half coffee Safeida was one who less me gentle and listen my concerns.

I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received recently. This is the fourth time I’ve ordered an Oreo Mocha Iced Capp, and every single time, it’s been made incorrectly. I always specify what I want, yet I end up with the wrong drink.

Ordered a Triple Triple but got zero sugar, just bitter cream coffee. Staff didn’t seem to know what a Triple even means, and they also didn’t know how to add cream properly in the Mocha Ice Cap. Disappointed.

I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and 2 steep tea and they charged 19.17$ They charged it for 2 steep tea and 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and when i ask them why is it so they said the price is same Is it fair ??? It was disappointing.
