I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and 2 steep tea and they charged 19.17$ They charged it for 2 steep tea and 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and when i ask them why is it so they said the price is same Is it fair ??? It was disappointing.

I have some disappointing experience at this time hortons. On one occasion, I ordered my coffee with 3 sugars and 4 creams, but it seemed like the sugar wasn’t mixed properly. The coffee tasted bland initially, and then the last sips were overly sweet with undissolved sugar.
In another instance, I noticed the staff seemed disengaged. When I approached to place my order, they responded in a manner that felt abrupt and rude, leaving me feeling unwelcome.
I understand that everyone has challenging days, and I respect the hard work involved in the job. However, customer service is an essential part of the experience, and I hope the team can work on being more attentive and polite. Thank you

Really this is the worst experience of tim hortons on this location ..lady name shashi i think hey old lady if u dont like to work on tim hortons so plz leave and let some1 else work here so he or she can greet customers in a good way .. i ordered and said hii gud mng how r u she said nothing and took my order and just thumbs up dats it not a single word from her .. what the hell yoo how come some1 can b this much rude early morning .. manager or owner u need to look for ur staff and teach them how to take order and behave with customers atleast give some smile in the morning ..smh
