TERRIBLE customer service skills, charging me for every individual ingredient, messing up my order giving me random items and over charging me for random items all the time. I come here weekly and I have an issue every single time I come here. I’ve never had an issue ordering at tim Hortons in my life and now the people taking my order don’t understand a single word I’m saying. Sick and tired of it

The Drive Thru of this Tim’s Location is way too fast, whenever I come at Drive Thru I receive all my stuff within time. The staff is friendly and the food and drinks everything I receive is always fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend everyone to try this location once.

i ordered 2 half double double n half french but they gave me tasteless coffee . this is not the first time it happened with me so many times . the manager of this tim devika is also very rude . she dont know how to speak with the customers.

I ordered a chicken bowl and potato fries get over cocked and when I open my bag I missed tissue paper she even didn’t ask that do you need or not

Ordered turkey bacon clubs, two. Both with no turkey. I go back, giggled when see saw the mistake, and just decided to add the turkey instead of remaking the sandwiches.
