I visited this Tim Horton and my experience was not very good here. The girl who took my order was very rude. She gave me different drink that I didn’t order and she refused to change it and I had to buy again. I don’t know her name but I remember from her badge she was ASSISTANT MANAGER I guess. I can’t believe she was managing and she didn’t know how to be nice with customers. Please learn something before managing.

Totally disappointed.The Ice Capp machine has been out of order for over a week now, and there haven’t been any summer drinks available either. It's frustrating, especially in this heat when cold beverages are in high demand.
I understand that machines can break down, but a week without a fix or alternative options is a letdown for regular customers. I hope management takes this seriously and resolves it soon. Tim Hortons is known for consistency, and I’d love to see that standard upheld again.
