I got steep tea large but it was very cold and the bagel was burned so the staff were not cooperative.

I ordered a cilantro wrap and asked for extra crispy onions. They charged me for that but didn't put even one piece of crispy onion in it. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! And the worst wrap I have ever had!

I made a mobil order around 10:05p.m. paid by its APP. However, when I picked up order, the girl said she cleaned up, no more food. I said the Google map showed service time is to 11:00p.m. and I paid for it and the APP accepted payment. She said right, close at 11pm, but she needs to clean up. And then, I requested refund. She is not willing to do. She asked me to call the APP support. I said you suppose work to 11pm. You didn't provide proper service how can I request the APP. The APP has no mistakes. Too lazy to service, just wait for off. It was not to 10:30. How ridiculous!

Nina is the best!! She always has a smile on her face and even though the drive thru can be stressful and busy, she still takes time to answer questions. She always has a positive attitude!
Not the best but the worst service ever..after I got my coffee after 5 mins wanted to warm my coffee microwave it they DIDNT ALLOW IT they couldn’t do that “.how stupid rule is that not able to warm my coffee that I got from there.had to drink cold..manager their is standing like a total slacker ..being useless and nothing else. Staff is rude and disrespectful nothing else..Dont come here

Nina is the best employee at Tim hortons, she always has a positive attitude when I get my coffee in the morning putting me in an amazing mood to start the day! This location is my preferred spot to go! I only wish they had cold brews though, other than that is awesome !
