Today I had an unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a Dark Roast coffee and told the employee preparing it that I was in a hurry. While he was making my coffee — and he was very polite and well-mannered — another employee (Shimran the manger) took a quarter of my cup to serve another customer, which caused an unnecessary delay. I ended up waiting about five minutes for a new coffee to be made.
Although they refunded me, the situation was frustrating, especially since I had clearly mentioned that I was in a rush. I hope this doesn’t happen again and that orders are handled more carefully in the future.
Waited 8 minutes in drive thru as per usual only to get a watered down coffee. I’m not sure what has been going on at this location but for weeks now the coffee sucks. It’s either watered down or burnt or it doesn’t have enough cream, I’m pretty sure the sugar and cream diapensers are messed up because the coffee is always dark.
All this with the lack of proper customer service.
The owners of this location need to get their stuff together because this is an ongoing problem for years now and this seems to be the only problematic Tim Hortons around me.
I will not be coming to get my coffee at this location anymore until their fix their issues.
Your coffee sucks.
Employees there are terrible.
There was a nice manager here before. Now no more Good Service. Rude Staff and waiting is too long.

I completely agree with this car’s review and sometimes I saw these locations on Dixie Road deliver and exchange bagels and donuts in/covered black garbage bags. I am working nearby these locations and I almost visit all of them & I see that they all are doing this almost everyday. I felt so unhygienic and awful when I saw and I never visited to these locations afterwards but I must say to follow actual safety and hygiene practices to deliver stuff. And I also saw that managers are ones who usually do this. No hope to get better service.

too much time in drive thru
I bought breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, there’s a piece of eggshell in the egg. Luckily, I didn’t swallow the eggshell. If I swallowed the eggshell, I think I had to go to ER. Terrible! Just imagine if children swallowed the eggshell, it would be horrible.

The coffee here is consistently disappointing — bitter, weak, or just plain off. It's a frustrating way to start the day and definitely brings down the morning. A serious upgrade in quality is long overdue.

I love this Tim Horton, their team is dedicated and hard working. For the past 9 month it’s been my, to go Tims. They are super fast in drive thru, I have never had a wrong order here so far, the coffee taste super fresh tasty. I feel that this Tim Horton has passionate workers who love to serve customers with their heart. Komal is a wonderful employee I recently came across, she serves with dedication. The whole team is amazing. Thank you for your great service.

This amazing team could easily work as astronauts at ISS or be a starship crew. Every Wednesday and Saturday being there I admire. Their perfect quick and harmonized work in a such limited space is something.
