Ordered a Mocha, there was not a drop of coffee in it.They're toaster wasn't working, so the untoasted biscuit was hard and stale and cold.I tried to use the contact us feature on the app but it required me to put in the location, while also actively not letting me choose anything for that field.

Love the quick service and great food at Tim Hortons drive-thru, perfect for my morning fix after work. It's always packed, but the real bummer is how people just throw their trash like cups and papers around the plaza. It gets pretty messy. Wish everyone would keep it cleaner.

I waited 40 minutes for 3 wraps, then a cashier gave me 2 wrong wraps because they gave my wraps to someone else,then i waited so long for my third wrap with another chicken because they ran out of what I wanted.

Visited this location ordered a breakfast sandwich, English muffin and sausage. The bun was not toasted and It looked terrible.The bun was not cut properly They also added some type of sauce to it. I have visited this location many times and never had a problem with the quality of food ordered.

This franchisee does not care one bit about customer service. Orders are often wrong, coffee is not full and incorrectly prepared (cream/sweetener instead of milk/sugar), cheap tiny bits/shreds broken bacon on breakfast sandwiches, long wait times, no regard for mobile orders taking priority, dirty tables and washrooms with garbage and no toilet paper. A woman who claims to be in charge told me to go ahead and complain to head office today. The same franchisee owns the location across the street: 4011 Dixie Rd at the Esso gas station. They are often out of items listed as available on the mobile app, and they are rationing condiments, telling customers only 2 ketchup per order (no regard size of order). I've called head office to complain about both locations = this franchisee is terrible. Tim Hortons clearly does NOT care. Not a multi-cultural workforce / discriminatory! Head office needs to shut down this horrible franchisee finally!
