Had the worst experience today, ordered 2 breakfast wraps and was scoffed at since i said i don’t want hash browns, the lady spoke to another lady in Hindi (i presume) and mocked me, this is down right outrageous. Unfortunately i was unable to catch her name since the name tag had letters so tiny.

I took a coffee here, and thought of using the washroom as well. I went to the washroom and someone was inside the washroom which he was not coming out for around half hour. I couldnt use the washroom even lolz. I think the management team here should check the washroom time to time so addicted people doesnt waste time of others..

I want to take a moment to appreciate the amazing service at the Tim Hortons 44 Britannia road E Mississauga, especially from one of their staff members, Patricia. Every time I visit, she greets me with a warm smile and such a positive attitude that instantly brightens my day. Patricia is always polite, efficient, and makes sure my order is perfect. All in all, i am glad with this Tim hortons services.

I visited your drive-thru and placed an order for 7 drinks, including a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. Unfortunately, my order was handled incorrectly not once, but twice. Initially, I was given a Strawberry Watermelon Quencher instead of the frozen drink I ordered. When I pointed out the mistake, the drink was changed — but once again, I was handed the wrong item.
What made the experience more frustrating was the lack of attention from the staff. The employees at the window appeared more focused on chatting with each other than ensuring customer orders were correct. This careless and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and disappointing.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issue with your team to improve both order accuracy and customer service.

Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. We ordered 7 drinks, and 4 of them were made incorrectly. The iced coffee had barely any coffee – it was mostly cream – and for the strawberry lemonade, they initially made a quencher by mistake, which happens, but then topped it with whipped cream? That made no sense.
On top of that, the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on taking or preparing orders. When we tried to clarify the mistakes, we were met with attitude rather than basic customer service.

I was there @ 11:00 pm August 04,2025 and order 4 medium Moca coffee through the drive through and we were in rush to the Airport and after we left we realized that its coffee withe the hot chocolate wash water. I called today and spoke to the Vangie the manger and she was not helpful at all and turn the call down
