Waited nearly 10 minutes for a muffin with only one other person before me, and that was only after I followed up. Others who came after me got their orders first as well.
The employees are very disrespectful, please be more careful. Tim

The night shift of this time hortons is doing a great job people including priyanshu and Harma,they are extra ordinary , even in nights these guys are so active.Something i love about them that if i go at 2-3am they serve fresh coffee. hats off to both of them.

Manager was kind of rude. They told me in the drive thru line that they had the doughnuts i wanted and when i got to the window she looked at me and said we dont have any. Not sure why , but they could've told me at the window.

Worst expirence ever we ordered vanila icecap its to much sugary.
I visited here, on a recommendation via drive thru while in the area on vacation recently. The drive thru line was incredibly long, at some times getting out the parking lot into traffic lanes, but was always moving forward. when I ordered the lady was clear and quick to get my order down. I was up and away from the window in less than a minute. place was fast and efficient, coffee was good but not life altering. it got the job done.

Walked over to Tim's from my nearby hotel for a hot drink and it's quite busy for a Monday morning,,mind you it is a holiday here! The seating area was a mess, crumbs on tables and chairs, garbage on floors. A man did come to clean the tables but not the floors while I was sitting there. Service was quick and friendly at Tim's but the tea was not very hot. the restaurant is shared with a Wendy's fast food so I feel that the seating area is limited. There is a drive thru

I love tim hortons !! But this one time i came to this site they refused my customized order i always order jelepeno bagel toasted with xtra butter & hash brown in it if no hasbrown i get potato veges i dont what was going on in the speaker girl mind at 08:46. I asked politely that if you dont have hashbrown could possibly put potatywedges inside the jelepeno she be like i dont do that !! I mean i drive alot whole not a single time ever any tim refused me that im fair guy i dont get angry or complain unprofessionally but i find this girl on window she be in some kinda attitude i mean i m just here to get food & pay for it not for a parliamentary discussion!! No disrespect. Still love tim horton & its work ethics food is great but if you guys gonaa refuse customers on just small adjustments then other restaurants serves fine aswell !! I have a hectic life probably everyone so this customized order is my go to with. Tea or coffeeee !!! I that order receiving board has more training on it !! Thats all

TRASH AF!!! Tim Hortons in general is trash but this along with so many other locations DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT DO NOT HEAT A CROISSANT MEANS!!! The amount of times you have to repeat it back to them because they don’t understand what you’re saying or the act of NOT HEATING!!! More reassurance to make food at home or try to find a better coffee shop. Wish we had more around, not a trash Tim’s at every corner. Deserves a zero star but can’t post without rating something.

I just ordered three ice coffee from here with extra cream and base but they were not even regular and when we go back to change the drinks instead of remaking them they give us on side everything so that we can make it ourselves. as per the policy they should remake the drink.I do understand that mistakes do happen but giving unnecessary attitude to the customer is worst.
