i came here at 4 pm today i ordered a steep tea and they give me coffee saying its steep tea poor attention towards the order how can you ruin a simple one order

I was standing near the counter around 15 minutes just waiting for someone to take my order. There was so many employees but no one on the counter to take order. Please make sure who wants to order physically, you take their orders well on time just like online orders.

Ordered a scrambled egg box with no hash brown and requested extra eggs instead of hash brown. First they charged me for it and then after I open box , there were no extra eggs at all. 2 scoops of eggs cost me $7.00. I myself worked at Timmies for 3 years - would never do that to a customer.

Worst Experience Ever! Absolutely unacceptable service at this Tim Hortons. The associate Kritika was extremely rude and disrespectful, accusing me of using an “inaccurate” survey code, something I use daily without issue. I spend $300–$400 a month at Tim Hortons, and this is the treatment I get? She refused to listen, spoke rudely in front of my family and elderly parents, and showed zero professionalism. I will never return to this location. Someone from Tim Hortons head office needs to contact me immediately, your staff needs serious training on customer service and respect.

Had the worst experience today, ordered 2 breakfast wraps and was scoffed at since i said i don’t want hash browns, the lady spoke to another lady in Hindi (i presume) and mocked me, this is down right outrageous. Unfortunately i was unable to catch her name since the name tag had letters so tiny.

One of your employee is very harsh . She is always available here in afternoon . I don’t know her name but she is an ahed women . Her way of talking is very rude . I don’t think that is a good customer service.
