I visited Tim Hortons around 9:30 p.m. and had a very disappointing experience with the flatbread pizza. The staff appeared uninterested in preparing it, and despite there being pizza available, one of the employees was shouting that it was finished. The behaviour was unprofessional, and the food was not up to standard. It felt like a waste of money.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! terrible experience at this Tim Hortons!!! The staff is rude, makes orders wrong (give me the extras in my drink that I paid to include)! The staff rolls their eyes at customers and take too long to make drinks. I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for 2 coffees. The environment is also dirty with things on the floor.
Dietary restrictions: They don’t take this seriously. I asked for almond milk they put regular milk.
