, this location have really bad customer service the staff are roude .. no one is taking care of anything there is a line up and I ask the staff to help she said I don’t have milk !!!!! Wow still you can help the customer maybe they something with out milk or cream !!! And it doesn’t really good like that and when you ask about something or anything they don’t care and they start talking bad after you turn around if I ask for anything like milk or something else it’s extra charge … I will appreciate if they actually get to know how to trade and talk nice to the customer and get some skills about customer service …

Just ordered a BBQ Chicken wrap with slow cooked chicken and it was clear when I opened the paper is was wrapped in that the lady that made it had no clue, there was so much BBQ sauce oozing out spilling all over the wrapping on the outside and making a huge mess, the wrap was so soggy and not eatable I threw it away. Why don't you train your staff properly how to put proper amount of ingredients in the food. Terrible Tim H location .

One of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve seen and they all are pretty bad these days. My iced coffee somehow tastes different every time. Today they made my iced coffee with no ice. Just warm coffee with a straw that tasted like dirty water. This entire location looks unsanitary. It is worth the few extra dollars to go to Starbucks where it is cleaner, the staff are more competent and the drinks are more consistent.

How come this is the only Tim Hortons where they ask you to wait at the drive through forever and almost always get the orders wrong. Avoid if you can

The employees are rude... there are always problems with orders. They work as if they were there as a punishment. They treat customers with arrogance. I do not recommend.!!!!

Hi,I’m writing to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your location, which I visit regularly around 5:00 PM after work to order a steeped tea through the drive-through.I understand that this is a busy time, and I usually don’t mind waiting 10 minutes or more. However, I’ve repeatedly received the wrong order even after the long wait. Today was especially frustrating — I ordered my usual steeped tea, but was instead given coffee. Unfortunately, I dislike coffee and couldn’t drink it.When I brought this to the attention of the drive-through staff member, Kiran, she insisted that I ordered coffee and was not willing to listen. This interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially as I’m a regular customer who orders the same item daily. I kindly request that the management team look into this issue and ensure staff are more attentive and respectful during interactions. Consistency and good customer service make a big difference, especially for loyal customers.Due to today’s experience, I’ve decided I will not return to this location in the future.

There is a large amount of flies in this location! Outrageous! There are swarms of them flying around and it makes me worried about the quality of food.

Wanted an ice cap with whipped cream on top, they kept asking if I wanted stuff on top as adons. I said sure. Go to the window, said I gotta say caramel ice cap to begin with. Got ice cap with no whip 😕.

The staff are horrible and very disrespectful the only reason I come here is because it is near my house and their ice cap is good, other than that the staff don't even hold back yelling at you if you drive off one second late from the drive-thru, the customer service is very horrible.
