DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! terrible experience at this Tim Hortons!!! The staff is rude, makes orders wrong (give me the extras in my drink that I paid to include)! The staff rolls their eyes at customers and take too long to make drinks. I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for 2 coffees. The environment is also dirty with things on the floor.
Dietary restrictions: They don’t take this seriously. I asked for almond milk they put regular milk.

As always a great place in flavor and quality. Chocolate widely recommended. Only 3 complaints: they should serve breakfast all day ☹️, there are no tables or chairs to eat there, everything is take-out, and at the end of the shift they throw all the breads and cookies in the trash 😢.
If I could put zero stars I would, they don’t know how to take orders and then they give attitude to you like you said it wrong, they need good manners for the costumers, to get good manners back, very rude Tim Hortons location.

the people that drive through cannot understand proper English someone who cannot communicate properly should not be at the drive-through wasted five minutes for no reason. I asked for either espresso cold foam or sweet cream cold foam and they didn’t have either and didn’t want to bother to make it. The girl taking my order could barely communicate and another one had to come in and she gave me Nutella foam in the end. very unprofessional. I also got breakfast here once and it was very bad.
