Definately one of the better Tims I have been too. Very friendly and service was quick and easy.

I was inside the time hortons on my own. Some women came and she was being racist towards a Arab. The imployees started talking bad about the guest and were going to ban him for nothing. Bad at.osphere and bad service. Rude people and rude employees. Please get rid of of them.

They where so bad Service and they stop serving us and some woman came and blame us we where doing stuff illegal in the store and we weren’t doing nothing and she started asking us to leave and we didn’t do anything and employees Came and Start asking us to leave too, and she said she’ll call the police on us and we didn’t do nothing on it And I told them that if you want go check the Camera because I know I didn’t do nothing and they start telling me to leave and the women start saying racist stuff to us that’s why I was so mad

Worst customer service they They were not even understanding what I’m trying to order for five times. I told them that I want hot latte, but still they put ice cap latte in my order and then they didn’t know What deals are going with Tim Hortons the worst customer service ever and I also ordered egg and cheese and egg in the sandwich was rotten. Which affected my health.

It’s only Tim Hortons open nearby my work, I don’t why they give me microwave heated tea rather than making it fresh. I have no option to anywhere else.

Once again drive-thrus in the morning are completely ridiculous. You order blueberry muffins you get bran muffins you order medium triple triples you get medium something with no sugars. The elderly gentleman at the drive-thru looks at the screen. A hundred times looks at the machine that you tied your card on a bunches of times looks at your coffee. A bunch of times looks inside your bag of food a couple of times before handing you the order. I don't understand the thought process of having someone like him work the drive-thru. It's just sad to see how a company like Tim Hortons has really went downhill over the years to do the service orders getting mixed up coffee's not being made properlys ice caps tasting not great. We need to see a lot of improvement in this company starting with the people who work there. They need to show some sort of care and passion into doing this job and dealing with food and serving millions of people

There were about 8 to 10 staff members, yet none of them to take orders! All them were busy gossiping and chit-chatting with one another instead of working.
What is Tim Hortons paying these folks for?
By far, the worst ever Tim Hortons outlet!
Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options. You're better off at other chains.
Parking: A good number of parking spots, but rendered useless by poor service inside the outlet

The experience i had with this location has been unpleasant for several times.First was I had a wrong donut given to me at the drive thru but I let it slide and had second one ,were I had to pay for a donut again but it should have been free.Well since its drive thru, i did not get a chance to look at the receipt until later that day.I would understand if theres a line up bUT I was just the only car waiting if Im not mistaken.
Well basing it on the continuous bad reviews they get, probably something has to change on this location.This bad experiences people are getting specially in the early mornings is not good as this will affect the entire mood of the customers.Well just saying?
