Hi order thru mobile app and my order was supposed to be ready at 4;28 but the store start making it once i am there and told me that they start making it once the customer is there. What is the purpose of ordering and paying it in advance. Moreover the employee who made the order was giving me looks as if I am wrong. WORST PLACE TO BE AT. They gave me order 10 mins after it was supposed to be ready. Order - 9870

Ordered the cilantro lime chicken wrap slow cooked. It was very cold like from the straight out of cooler. Never had a cold wrap anywhere else.

This is the second closest Tim Hortons to me, but it’s the one I usually prefer over the nearest one. The main reason? The staff here are consistently better at making the coffees. I usually get a steeped tea, but I’ve tried several other drinks too—and most of the time, they get it right.
Sure, there have been a couple of mix-ups out of 100 visits (which is expected at any Tim), but overall, the experience is solid. The staff here are generally fast and friendly, and that makes a big difference, especially compared to some other locations in the GTA.
This place is my second favorite Tim Hortons in the entire GTA. Reliable, quick, and friendly—what more can you ask for from a Tim?

UNSANITARY, TERRIBLE SERVICE. the super old guy with the moustache who works there at night shouldn't be employed anywhere, he is the worst person to do customer service i've seen in my life. he touches the donuts with his hands directly, so gross, and the dude doesn't even talk when you get to the window, and on top of that, outright refuses to make any food even if its available and within the serving hours advertised. he's completely useless, unhygienic, and super super rude. unforgivably bad service. if I hear his voice through the prompter I'm just gonna drive through without buying anything. he is awful, needs to be fired for real. there was even a young girl there with him and she wasn't holding him accountable because there's no consequences for his absolutely garbage service. how does someone like this even get hired, seriously? who is running this place?

i called ahead to ask if they had honey crullers (needed a bunch) and they made a whole fresh batch for me! super lovely 🫶
The customer service at this location is horrible. The staff have difficulty understanding and speaking English. I clearly stated my order, but they still got it wrong. When I pointed out the mistake, they insisted I hadn’t paid for what I wanted, as if it was my fault she entered the wrong order. The experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
