This location doesn't keep (orange poke) I always come from home far away and when I get in they says sorry we don't have orange poke tea it's not first time always they are out of it,
Coffee was great, but the service if you have 0* I'd give you 0*I order and paid and ask for a receipt, but they were giving me hard time because I asked for a receipt, and girl said: "what do you want" and I told her I need copy of receipt, and she talk with another girl, and kept telling me that printer is not working. It takes a few seconds to change paper, and she was telling me that thet are busy with other customers, and finally they talk with manager and it took them 5 minutes to get the receipt. First of all that's the law and second you shouldn't tell me that you're busy with other customers without helping me. Right
Love my ice

One of the worst Timmies I've been to. I asked for a shot of hazelnut, they didn't have it.. i asked for skim milk they didn't have it, I asked for vegan milk options they didn't have any.. they didn't have croissants, they barely had donuts, they were out of everything or they didn't want to put out new stuff or bake anything new and it was only 2:00 in the afternoon.. just bad.
Vegetarian options: They had NONE. No vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions don't visit this location

It was not very busy however the service seemed slow. This Tim's is on the corner of the mall which only has parking in front of it. Parking lot was busy at 12 noon so had to park further away. Atmosphere was not all that welcoming to sitting inside like other Tims.

We enjoy the sandwiches and donuts at Tim Hortons. We stopped for a quick lunch, ordering "ham and cheese" sandwiches. I asked if we could make a combo by adding a donut. The one taking the orders looked at me without answering, and her colleague came to her rescue, asking if I wanted to add a donut to my meal; I said "yes" and asked if there was a special price for a "combo". No answer, just "what donut I wanted". Looking at the bill, the donut was at normal price. While waiting for my order, I ask the preparer if the sandwiches would be toasted. No answer, and I had to ask another person who answered me, and then spoke to the preparer in her own language (Hindi?). I think the sandwiches stayed in the toaster no more than 10 seconds. While eating, we noticed that there were tiny black ants walking on our table and on the sandwich bags. It was a different experience...
Amazing service and iced coffee was amazing. Marc was the guy who made it. Amazing customer service kudos to marc
if i can give this place a 0 star i will. people that work here is the is the most disrepectful i have ever seen.
Didn't have half of the stuff we were looking for, feels trapped in the early 2000's
The girl at the counter doesnt even know what plant based sausage is even though it was on their menu. Very disappointed. Have to go to another tim hortons to get it.
