It was not very busy however the service seemed slow. This Tim's is on the corner of the mall which only has parking in front of it. Parking lot was busy at 12 noon so had to park further away. Atmosphere was not all that welcoming to sitting inside like other Tims.
Not sure what happened - this place used to be loved by all. It's declined since covid - they open at 10am - this is a high traffic area. It used to be open at 7am - so please go back to regular ours as the world goes back to normal
Unorganized...staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of customers. One rep seemed to be put off by the customers...almost like we were an nconvenience to her. And when I got my order it was not correct ?
