You people are just fooling customers with your replies. I have spoken to your Guest Care team 5â6 times but no action is ever taken, and I never even get an email reply. The comments that Tim Hortons people post as replies are nothing but formalityâthere is never any real action. Even your Guest Care team is the same, completely useless and lazy. You all are nothing but slackers. Do one thingâshut down Tim Hortons and start some other work. Itâs absolutely unacceptable that the employees here keep closing the app during rush hours. Iâm honestly shocked at how lazy these people are. If we customers donât place orders, then where do their salaries even come from? When you question them about why online orders arenât being accepted, they always hide behind the same excuseââserver is down.â I know servers can go down sometimes, but why is it happening every single day? If the server issue is real, then the owner of this place should fix it immediately. And if itâs not a technical issue, then my request to the owner is simple: just send their salaries straight to their homes so their job becomes even easier. Such lazy staff!

There is one lady who is so rude my friend she was standing already in queue and i am waiting for when she was done with their order so I will order then and the lady told me just come again in the queue why i was to come in queue again when my friend was already standing in the queue we were there together for our order
I asked cashier to change my tea size to large as i saw am getting free one, she declined it by saying that its already made. If a customer didnât pay yet why they cannot change it? Rude customer service
