I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Surendar. He is always friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. His positive attitude and warm service truly stand out, even during busy hours. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of service and the customer’s experience. This Tim Hortons is SOOOOO Smalllll... Not Even Funny. This Location has No Drive Thru. Layout of The Store probably hasn't been Updated in a while, there style and positioning of things looks like the Layouts Tims were doing Across The Country 10 Years Ago... Store is Mostly Slow, and Customers come In Bunches... The Slow Times The Employees here are Walking Around, Pacing, Not Doing, Waiting For Customers.

If this Store Specifically Shuts it's Doors by 10 Years from Now, I wouldn't be Suprised

They are very slow , only 2 attendents in the front and both of them are working on orders and nobody is taking costumer for long period of time . I am not blaming employee , company should hire more people in bussy time of the day . Keep in mind this side dont have Drive Through.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a farmer’s wrap this morning and the lady at food place was extremely rude.

Wow the Supervisor/Manager (red shirt, grey pants) on shift today (June 6 at 1:30pm) was so rude. I asked for an iced coffee with milk and no sugar. The employee punched it into the computer but made it incorrectly. No big deal, so I asked for one without sugar. The supervisor/manager tells me “it automatically comes with sugar” so I told her no, I specifically requested no sugar. She proceeds to make it with cream so I tell her I asked for medium with milk not cream. She turns around and goes “ok what am I making here” is such a rude condescending tone. I actually really like the employees at this location as they are polite and courteous but this lady seriously rubbed me the wrong way. If I weren’t rushing back to work I would’ve said something.

Not a busy place. Staff did not bother to clean tables or empty garbage. Garbage containers were overflowing.

I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but today I was a bit disappointed. I ordered a tea with 4 sugars and 2 creams, but it seemed like it had much less sugar than requested. The taste just wasn’t right. Please make sure to double-check custom orders – little things like this really matter to regular customers. Thanks!

The service at this Tim Hortons is fast, which I appreciate — no long waits. But the tea is honestly terrible. Totally waste of money

Worst service from the staff. Visited there today (01-12-2024) 6:55 Pm. The guy over there is rude and arrogant attitude. Please train your staff to respect every customer!
