Worst service from the staff. Visited there today (01-12-2024) 6:55 Pm. The guy over there is rude and arrogant attitude. Please train your staff to respect every customer!

Witnessed one of the employees put outside (Wendy's) food into the microwave behind the counter. This is a health and safety violation. Will not be returning.

Probably one of the most disorganized businesses I have ever seen. 4 staff members and no one communicates with each other … they made more than ordered and mixed up someone else’s order! Sucks there isn’t another Tim’s on Erin before 401 :-(

Placed in a convenient location, the store's employees are courteous and pay attention to detail. Unlike the outlet near Cawthra and Queensway, they don't lock the restroom and hassle the customer into asking for the key everytime.
The store management is doing a good job and should be praised for keeping up Tim Horton's reputation.
Vegetarian options: Not much vegetarian options, but that's not a limitation of the store, but the chain itself
Parking: Ample parking, since the plaza is quite vast
Wheelchair accessibility: Comfortably accessible for the differently-abled

‘Surinder pal’ was very kind, as he made a customised veggie wrap, at 5am in the morning for me. It was very delicious, and all other food items were fresh and nicely made.

I know even coffee taste worst here. Usually I don't this place but sometime I wanted to give a try... Alas..it's the same...NO coffee aroma and too milky. The owner or manager must talk to them. No point having 24 hrs open
Extremely rude customer service i ordered through mobile order, and I walked into mobile order pick up line quitly and standing there she said "Yes sir" l said I am here to pick up my mobile order she said oh sir you just order mobile order outside of the door and you are asking about mobile order. I replied I know I just ordered. That's why i am waiting for it.I know you cannot make it instantly but you ask me that's why i am telling you why I am here and than guess what she didn't said any single word. I don't understand why these old women's have so much attitude in customer service 🙄 I don't know who the owner of this place is he should invest some money on his stuff for customer service training or hire new employees

Hi people, just letting you my worst experience from the last 2 days. I ordered 2 Oreo Ice Capp second time from my work place. They sent me again without straws. I already spoke to that branch the day before yesterday about the straw missed. So again I called them for straw but the lady “Laura” she was yelling continuously to me and not giving me the time to speak up. She was telling that just open the lid and drink means how I am supposed to drink ice capp with the cream on the top. Furthermore, she told me that she has 20 years of experience and told me that I know how to deal with you so don’t tell me and she hanged up the call. That’s the way she dealt with me today. Her experience was telling me how aggressive she is at work and how much she is satisfying to customers with her service. Will never buy Tim Hortons.

Hello everyone, I would want to share with you my terrible experience over the past two days. I placed my second order for two Oreo Ice Capps from my workplace. I was sent back without straws. The day before yesterday, I had already spoken with that branch over the missed straw. I contacted them for straw once more, but the woman, "Laura," kept yelling at me and wouldn't give me a chance to explain myself. She was saying that I should just lift the lid and drink, which is how ice cream-topped cappuccinos are supposed to be consumed. In addition, she claimed to have twenty years of expertise, told me, "I know how to deal with you, so don't tell me," and then hanged herself.
