I don’t know why all the reviews for this Tim’s are so poor. I LOVE this tim’s. They are so sweet and the food and drinks taste great every time! Shout out to those who normally work when I am there (Mon&Tues 12-2)
I visit this Tim Hortons once in a while and usually place my order online ahead of time. Today I arrived about 15 minutes after ordering, but it still wasn’t ready. I politely asked the old lady at the counter — she was the only one working there while another lady was at the sandwich bar making food orders — just to remind her that I had placed an order earlier. I would’ve been completely fine if she had simply asked me to wait, but instead she got upset and said, “I know, but I’m the only one working here, as you can see,” in a rude tone in front of everyone.
I understand mornings can be busy but being kind doesn’t take much. Out of respect for her age, I didn’t say anything back, but please try to smile and don’t be rude to people. You never know, a small moment like that can really ruin someone’s whole day.

Staff member was training someone and was very friendly about an adjustment I asked for in my order at 6pm on Monday October 6th. Thank you for making the experience better

I’m very disappointed with the service. Every day during my break at 1:00 AM, I have to stand in line for around 20 minutes because only one employee is working at the counter. Another employee is usually in the back, but during rush hours, both should be helping to clear the line. It’s very frustrating because my break is only 30 minutes, and I end up spending most of it just waiting.

Horrible experience. Went to place an order in person in addition to a mobile order i already placed. I get there and order the dinner deal but the deal doesn’t get applied while it’s activated on my phone, so i reduce the size of my drink and yet still getting charged higher (mind you this is not the first time me going inside in the night time has led to a higher charge). The same order on the app was $2-4 cheaper. THEN with the mobile order they didn’t have the wraps idk how a tim hortons doesn’t have wraps, and the guy working was not going to replace it until i said “i’ve paid for this”.
Avoid this location at all costs at night, definitely something fishy if you want to avoid getting scammed. plus the location isn’t great so..

I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Surendar. He is always friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. His positive attitude and warm service truly stand out, even during busy hours. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of service and the customer’s experience. This Tim Hortons is SOOOOO Smalllll... Not Even Funny. This Location has No Drive Thru. Layout of The Store probably hasn't been Updated in a while, there style and positioning of things looks like the Layouts Tims were doing Across The Country 10 Years Ago... Store is Mostly Slow, and Customers come In Bunches... The Slow Times The Employees here are Walking Around, Pacing, Not Doing, Waiting For Customers.
If this Store Specifically Shuts it's Doors by 10 Years from Now, I wouldn't be Suprised
