As usual, there are 3 to 4 staff inside and you still have to wait around 5 minutes while one person does all the work, for two vanilla ice lattes, one of which was loaded with ice and the other wasn't. - Maybe count the pieces of ice for each size so we're paying for the drink and not the ice.
