I have been a frequent customer to this location. I patiently put up with the month long renovation only to have the service go south. Same staff but urgency has dropped along with portion sizes. Now we wait for the staff to stop talking amongst themselves before they take your order. Everything is done behind a wall at a new pace. $ 5.99 blt on a bagle got me a broken up strip of bacon, one pc of lettuce and tomato.

Can't stress enough how fantastic the team at this Tm Hortons is, they helped me out in putting together a catering order for over 30 people first thing in the morning, even helped me bring it out to my car. They were fast, attentive and very friendly from the manager to the staff member taking my order. I will certainly be using them in the future!

workers here dont know how to make a bagel belt went there twice and they forgot the lettuce and tomatoes BOTH times its in the name it cant possibly be that hard hire some people who know what they are doing and they've told me they have been out of ICED COFFEE on multiple occasions how does a tim hortons run out of coffee
Our family drop in to our local Tim's to see the new renovation.. So amazing and welcoming. It was nice to see a table that was accessible for a customer in a wheelchair too. The staff were very friendly and the owner even call his other location to hold one of the Halloween mugs for my daughter since they were all sold out See you again!

I will avoid this location until the brick and mortar reopens. Temp outdoor mobile service poor, I was craving a jelly donut and they had none, made due with honey dip donut that tasted day old, coffee was only like warm. In past visits when the building was open coffee was hot, donuts were fresh!
