I love this location. Ramzan is a wonderful and kind manager. I have done school events through this location and they were very helpful and professional! I also visit this location almost daily and continue to support them for this reason. Customer service is something very important and they deliver that service

This Tim Hortons is the fastest early morning Timmy's ever! It adds inky 2 minutes to my commute to pull in and get my order. They also have never messed up an order. Now on the weekends... it can be very busy with a line out the door and hard to get a table. I stick to the early weekday morning crowd.

Dietary restrictions: Service was great. The store was clean , only thing we observe one of the staff she was making sandwich with no GLOVES ( kinda hard to read her name as it’s so small start with a T) I think it’s for mobile as she ask me if I’m picking up mobile I said no . Looking other employees they all wearing gloves for making food only her is not . And she’s also making drink’s same time . Just the unsanitary to see .

Okay. I dont want to talk about this but today i have to . I really like this place but i have seen two ladies URVI and ERLYN always chit chatting while taking orders whenever i come and not taking there job seriously . Even sonetimes i came in afternnon as well and the lady URBI always shouting with the other employess and not taking the orders properly. I just want to say teach her sone manners that dont be rude. This is the workplace not her home

Yesterday I experienced a humbling act of kindness at this Tim hortons. It was a little boys birthday and the mother told staff and asked if they could bring out a muffin and say happy birthday. The staff went above and beyond. They brought out the muffin which was lit with a candle and sung happy birthday to the young boy. Other guests chimed in. It was a small act of kindness that goes along way. Thank you to the staff at this location for making my day.
they said they don’t serve hot food after 10pm? no grilled cheese or their flat bread pizza, but they’re open 24 hours?

The staff there is perfect especially the security guard is good before the guard tim Hortons was crowded and there were fights everyday after he came nothing happens
Really disappointed with today’s customer service and food .. she gave us wrong order and started arguing with us and didn’t even baked the food n gave us like that only with frustration.😕

One of the worst experiences that I have here. The staff was too rude towards their customers. Not even they respond properly to customers answers. Even though I ordered cheese and one of the staff members with glasses gave me the wrong one. When I asked her, she responded in a really rude tone. She started arguing with me that I gave her the wrong order. Eventually, she agreed to take it back. But, intentionally she gave us the cold without making it warm. It was a terrible experience.
