Tim Hortons

We visited to tim hortons at erin mills town centre and the service was above my expectations. i highly recommend to visit everyone there. i highly appreciate the service given by Palwinder kaur she was an amazing with her service.

I Visited at Erin mills , Mississauga and suddenly I had a cravings of tea and I went at Tim Hortons there I received a warm and an excellent service from Palwinder Kaur . She is really a nice girl and give us a fast and quick service . I will visit again there whenever I come Erin Mills Next time .

One of the good locations with quick service. They do mix up orders sometimes but never compromise on the taste of the drinks or food. I prefer this over the other ones in the area

Great customer service. One of the best Tim Hortons in Mississauga. All staff members (specially Palwinder )are very nice and polite. I really enjoy coming here every day

There is nothing, I mean absolutely nothing good to be said about this store. One can wait in line for at least 20minutes before being served. Why??? One observation of the obvious is that many servers are running around like a chicken cut off and not even serving any customer. Additionally, some servers cannot even communicate clearly and precisely in English…such a shame…Do a better job Tim Horton, bankruptcy is on the horizon.

Very bad customer service. They don't give you a smile at all, and they're always mad at you. I don't know why they don't know customer service and they are not professional. I love Tim Horton, but this location. Customer service is very poor please improve. They give me tea without the cover. It was very hot, burn my hand Please take this very series.The store manager.This is not the policy of tim hortons at all you will get sue please 🙏 be professional

When I go to timhortons I always ask Medium steeped tea in a Large cup , they always always give me .Today I wentbto Erin mills town centre mall Timhortons and I asked them same but employees told me they can not do because of management said .. I'm very disappointed. I brought large tea and drop 1/4 cup.

Team was very unhappy. They were looks very disappointed. None of the team member welcome to the customers. No single employee smile.
Very slow service.
One male employee not wear hair net or cap. He was preparing beverages.

Today I went to this Timmy at 12.05 PM and at 12.20 PM I was at countet.
I brought pepperoni Pizza, 2small hot chocolates , Large steeped tea with 1/4 milk and small steeped tea regular with milk. .
No one give us napkins.
I spent more than $14.With. Redeem my points
